Private Ferienhäuser in Chaptico suchen

„Great place, super cute and walking distance to everything. Host was great!“

„The house was spotless, boasting a fantastic location with gorgeous water views and a peaceful, away-from-it-all vibe. Unfortunately, communication was an issue; it was difficult to reach the host for check-in instructions. Providing these details proactively before arrival would greatly improve the guest experience“

„Charming cottage with updated decor. The host was very comucative during a power outage due to storms. The kitchen was nicly stocked with snacks and drinks. The pool was nice, but the backyard was not very usable due to some leftovers from repair work taking up the grassy area.“

„House was very nice and very private. The location is tucked away from Colonial Beach, but just a short drive away for a visit. The kayaks and the water were a favorite for my kids. The kitchen was FULLY stocked with all of the tools we needed and that was a very nice touch. It was easy to get settled and provided plenty of space for our family.“

„Lovely!! Perfect for our family for a weekend adventure. Very fun spaces with everything you need. The morning stroll to see the sunrise over the water was divine! Thank you!“

„Beautiful home, very clean and comfy “

„We really enjoyed our stay at this lake house. The view is beautiful and the house is beautifully decorated and kid friendly. Just a really charming place to stay for a family vacation.“

„This property is absolutely beautiful! The private beach is what sold us. Unfortunately we couldnt swim due to massive amount of jelly fish expecially on our first day. The following day, there wasn't as many but all got stung when we tried to swim. This is not the owners fault, definitely something I wish I knew could happen before booking as this is the main reason we wanted to stay here to swim and use the beach. We made the best of our trip using kayaks and playing games. They have a nice ...

„Charity is a gem. She is an expert communicator. Always fast. Always thorough. Our multi-generational family enjoyed this property a lot. The pool was the highlight and was used everyday! All day!! We were delighted to find the home stocked with a tea and coffee station. We made great use of that. The kitchen was well stocked. Probably could have used a large frying pan or griddle to make large breakfast for everyone. We made due. Each bedroom had fun decor and great linens. The showers were ...

„This is a wonderful place to stay! It is very large and comfortable. The views of the Patuxent are jaw-dropping. The kitchen is big, beautiful, and well stocked with everything you could ever need. The house is spotlessly clean. We spent almost our entire stay on the deck, eating meals at the large outdoor table. We did have a small issue but it was quickly and efficiently remedied by the owner, who was just great about communication. We loved it.“

„This place was amazing!! It was perfect getaway for our family. There are tons to do at the house and around the area with quick drives into Solomon’s Island. Can’t wait to go back again.“

„A great place to crash and explore the area.“

„Very much enjoyed our stay. The host was very kind and responsive and the property very comfortable. Hot tub and quiet location were great!“

„Overall I had a wonderful stay... however I wish it was booked for a summertime day... the brand new pool looked very appealing & I wish I couldve enjoyed using it. Will have to try & stay again during the summer for a nice pool day!“

„Dude. This is what I always hope a rental property will be. Comfy beds, best stocked kitchen, working hot tub, beautiful waterfront area with kayaks and a dock. And our mini golden doodle could come too?! It was absolute perfection.“

„Property is exactly as described. We had a great week fishing and crabbing on the dock and even on the 2 days it rained, the house was so comfortable for chilling and watching movies. This house was well stocked with everything you would need. We forgot our Old Bay for the crabs but there was some already for us! Kelly and Thomas responded quickly to a couple of questions we had and made check in and out simple. My only suggestion would be to put window treatments on the windows in the ...

„This really was immaculate and a really wonderful place to stay. An outstanding kitchen with modern appliances and an excellent induction cook top with a wide variety of pans and cookware that enabled us to cook just as we would at home, peaceful, spacious with a lovely view out from the back deck. Simply couldn't have asked for more“
