„Great spot just down the street from the boat dock. House was clean and worked well for 8 of us. Not sure you could sleep 12 unless you brought air mattresses. Breaker kept blowing in the kitchen, but easy access to flip it back on. Host was wonderful, provided great communication and very flexible. Would Recommend for a fun lake weekend!“

„We had a party of 10 who come to Manhattan each year for a K-State football game. The schoolhouse was perfect for the size of our group. The kitchen and living areas are sizable and open and very comfortable for several people. The kitchen is well stocked with coffee makers, dishware, pots & pans, glassware, etc. We cooked breakfast there each morning and the space allowed the cooks to easily make preparations.
