Personale top!! Colazione molto buona con vasta scelta per ogni tipo di gusti. La nostra camera non era ciò che aspettavamo, non rispecchia ciò che descrivono . Non pulita, il mattino dopo essendo arrivati molto tardi, al mattino ho fatto presente dello sporcho a terra e delle ragnatele di fianco al lett, rientrando la camera e rimasta uguale, solo il letto e stato rifatto.

La chambre était conforme à la description et aux photos, la literie remarquable. La balcon est tout petit et ne permet pas d'y installer une chaise. Nous avons été gênés par le bruit dans la rue (nous étions au 2eme étage) de la taverne qui est juste en bas de l'hôtel, avec des clients TRES bruyants jusqu'à 1h du matin, mais cela n'avait pas été le cas 3 semaines auparavant. Le vrai plus est le petit déjeuner à l'hôtel voisin Elia Bettolo qui est vraiment excellent et très complet (et très grec)

Boa localização, mas muito barulho

Camas extremamente confortáveis. Hotel na região central de Chania, muito bom. O ponto negativo é que embaixo do hotel funciona um restaurante que tem pessoas falando alto até de madrugada, o que pode atrapalhar quem tem sono leve.

Amazing location on a charming side street in Chania and very walkable. Can be tough to find initially though. There was a large stain on the chair which I used the provided robe to cover it up. Strange smell in the room which was off-putting. Quite loud until 2am every night since there is a restaurant directly outside.

Stanza al piano terra troppo umida, tanto che è presente un deumidificatore, che però non risolve il problema. Mal isolata dall' esterno, dove è presente un locale che impedisce di dormire fino alle due di notte, quando chiude. Rumori e cigolii dalle scale e dai solai delle camere superiori. Raccordi della doccia montati senza guarnizioni, che, per assurdo, sono state lasciate all' esterno legate con un elastico. Il che causa un notevole spreco d' acqua.

Elia hotels in Chania Old Town

When I arrived I found they had moved me to another nearby property, Elia Potie. The room they gave me was larger than what I'd reserved, and had very nice decor. And a small balcony! It is in the heart of shopping & restaurants, and a short walk to the harbor. The only drawback was that there was a popular nightspot on the ground floor of the building, with music and crowd noises until around midnight. The noise level wasn't too much, and should not bother you unless you're a light sleeper. Be aware, you will check in at Elia Betolo, a short distance from both Elia Dortheou Episkopou and Elia Potie. Breakfast is at Elia Betolo as well, if you reserved a room including that. Note that all three hotels are on the edge of the Old Town which restricts motorized traffic. If you have a car you will need to park and walk a distance to the hotel. Also, there are no lifts (elevators to Americans). There is only one key per room.

I booked a room with balcony and they gave me room with just a tiny window over the bed overlooking a roof of another buildng so it was useless! They said that hotels.com made a mistake and lied that the hotel didn’t had balcony’s bit clearly you could see one on the third floor! So Hotels.com contacted them and they offered me a room with balcony the next day of my two day stay! I didn’t want it after cuz i didn’t wanna go through the hustle of changing rooms and i was upset that they lied to me when they said that the hotel doesn’t have balcony’s! The room btw was ok for the money you are paying in Chania! Plus the check in is a mess! You have to go to a sister hotel of that one to check in but that is not mentioned anywhere! I had luck to ask one of the people who was staying there in the hotel already and help me out!

Cute and comfy hotel, the only problem is the noise from outside restaurant, even with the windows closed cannot be avoided. But it is not the fault of the hotel really, just something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper.

First time to Chania!

We loved how spacious the room was and the hotel is in an awesome location. Front desk suggested we go to Golden beach and we’re glad we did! Short public bus to the beach. Awesome stay.

Friendly staff couldn't have been more helpful when I told them of noise from event happening in street below. Was upgraded to double room away from noise for remainder of stay - thank you. This small hotel is excellently located close to pretty harbour, restaurants and bus station. Had a great weeks holiday.

+ Rooms are really nice: simple, clean and modern (I loved the bathroom faucet!). + Location is excellent. + Tv, air conditioner, safe locker, small refrigator, toothbrush, small shampoo bottle etc are found in the room. Also free wifi. + Bed is great (semi-hard mattress is really good for your back!) and memory foam pillow is great. - Once you enter the building where the rooms are, you notice an odor which is best described as a mix of fresh paint and a mold problem. Later I noticed that air humidity is quite high and water stays on a shower floor for a very long time, if you don't wipe it with a towel. There's definitely mold problem in this building. - Closed windows don't block any sound here, so bring your earplugs if you are bothered by sounds when you sleep - there's a small restaurant under windows. With ear plugs I slept ok. - No light-blocking curtains in the rooms, so you might wake up early in the morning because of the light. - Tiny, black, flying butterfly-looking insects in the bathroom. - And finally the worst: Cockroaches. Hotel stuff was really nice until I very politely told them that there was two cockroaches in my room. No apologing, no nothing, just explaining that "we don't have them in our house, they come outside". Despite the moldy odor and other little minuses I first really liked this place and was planning to come back with my family, but this cockroach-episode changed my mind.

J'avais choisi cet hôtel pour la photo dans la rue. Je n'ai pas été déçu, tout le quartier est comme ça. Du coup le stationnement est un peu compliqué. Pas trop à se plaindre du bruit, une remarque sur l'éclairage de l'escalier qui n'a pas été réparé malgré notre demande.

Συμπαθητική επιλογή - Στα θετικά: πολύ κεντρική τοποθεσία, άνετο κρεβάτι - Στα αρνητικά: μικρός χώρος (αυτό βέβαια το γνώριζα προκαταβολικά), υγρασία στον τοίχο, μια καμπάνα από κοντινή εκκλησία που ακούγεται τόσο δυνατά που την πρώτη φορά τρομάζεις (μετά συνηθίζεις), οι πόρτες στο μπάνιο (και η κυρίως και της ντουζιέρας κάνουν απίστευτα ενοχλητικό θόρυβο για να κλείσουν), λείπει η λάμπα πάνω από το φωτιστικό του κρεβατιού Το check in -check out γινεται στο παρακείμενο κεντρικό ξενοδοχείο της αλυσίδας - και οι δυο receptionists που συνάντησα ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί
