The first floor promises a memorable stay with a master double bedroom, en-suite bathroom, lounge, cinema corner, and an open-plan kitchen and dining area. Naturally, the property is well-equipped with a kitchen, linens, towels, and toiletries.

Nestled in the tranquil residential area of Les Tines, the property is surrounded by a private road leading to a golf course, hiking, and mountain bike trails, all within a short walk. Bus and train lines, just 200 meters away, make journeys to the heart of Chamonix and ski lifts effortless. - Jatoba is located in a quiet residential area, a bit off-center. Nevertheless it is conveniently located half-way between the centers of Chamonix and Argentiere and has nearby transport links.

- The internet connection is the best we can set up at this location. There is high-speed internet (optical fiber not yet available) but you may experience difficulties to connect to the Wi-Fi (and therefore the smart TV).
