Just a 5-minute walk from Grands Montets, it’s ideal for families and groups year-round. Enjoy alpine comfort with an open-plan living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a large sun terrace offering stunning views of the Mont Blanc Massif—perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains.

The Location
Nestled at an altitude of 1,250 metres, Argentière is a quintessential alpine village steeped in history and known for its authentic charm. It sits at the foot of the legendary Grands Montets ski area, which offers exceptional skiing and snowboarding for advanced levels, as well as off-piste and glacier terrain. Argentiere is also close to ski area of Le Tour, a snow sure ski area suitable for all abilities. In summer, Argentière transforms into a haven for hikers, climbers and mountain bikers, with direct access to a vast network of high-altitude trails and scenic routes through the Aiguilles Rouges and Mont Blanc ranges.
The village itself offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with traditional Savoyard architecture, local artisan shops, cosy cafés, and a well-regarded bakery just a short stroll from the apartment—perfect for morning croissants. Argentière also features a variety of restaurants and bars, ideal for après-ski or a relaxed evening out. Convenient public transport links via train and bus make exploring the entire Chamonix Valley simple and stress-free. Although public transport is an efficient way of getting around the valley, for extra convience we do recommend traveling to Apartment Soleil with a car.

Apartment Details
Situated on the second floor of a peaceful, well-maintained residence, Apartment Soleil offers an inviting and spacious layout perfect for socialising and relaxing after a day in the mountains. The living area includes a large dining table, smart TV, wifi and direct access to a sunny, decked terrace complete with outdoor seating and dining space—ideal for taking in the views or enjoying al fresco meals in warmer months.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. Additional amenities include a private ski and boot storage room, a seperate large storage room with washing machine and dryer, off-street parking, and secure underground parking for two vehicles.
What’s Included
Your self-catered stay includes high-quality bed linen and towels, based on standard occupancy. If your property has a sofa bed which you intend to use or if you require extra linen for additional guests, an extra linen fee of €25 applies. The price also includes professional end-of-stay cleaning and the local taxe de séjour (tourist tax), which grants access to a Carte d’Hôtes. This guest card offers free travel on local trains and discounts on selected museums and attractions in the Chamonix Valley.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
To secure your booking, a 10% deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to your payment card 30 days prior to your arrival, with a reminder email sent in advance. A taxe de séjour of €4.60 per adult, per night is also applied.
You may cancel your reservation for a full refund up to 30 days before your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
A refundable damage deposit of €500 is required on the day of arrival and will be held for the duration of your stay. The deposit will be released shortly after check-out, pending a property inspection.
