Our villa has a spacious interiors with stylish furnishings and ample natural light streaming through large windows. The open-plan living area invites you to a comfortable atmosphere, or simply relish the view of a private swimming pool.

As you enter our villa, you'll be greeted by a spacious living space. The airy open-plan layout creates a warm, inviting atmosphere for relaxation and leisure.

The living area is equipped with sofas. Enjoy entertainment with a flat-screen TV.

Adjacent to the living area is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and counter space, allowing you to cook delicious meals at your convenience.

Step outside onto the terrace, where you'll find your private swimming pool and 2 sun loungers.

The villa features two beautiful bedrooms. Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds, linens, and storage space. The en-suite bathrooms are modern and stylish, with refreshing showers and complimentary toiletries provided for your convenience upon arrival.

Our villa is ideally located in Chalong, Phuket, close to a variety of attractions, dining options, and activities. Whether you're looking to explore the nearby beaches, indulge in water sports, or discover the rich cultural heritage of the area, you'll find endless opportunities for adventure and relaxation just moments away.

Utility Fee: The utility fee does not include the price which will be calculated by meter. The electricity fee is 6 THB/kw and water is 35 THB/unit.

CLEANING
You will find the house clean on arrival but please let us know if you are not satisfied. For stays less than 1 week, there is no cleaning service. After you depart our cleaners will perform that for the next guest. If you are here for a minimum of one week there will be one cleaning and 1 time linen change. The schedule will be provided upon arrival date. If you need a cleaning service more often, please let us know and we will arrange this. An extra payment will apply (1,500 THB/time). On departure, it would be helpful if you could leave the house (particularly kitchen contents) clean and tidy when you leave. No need for you to perform a full clean!

SUGGESTIONS IF YOU ARRIVE EARLY
Many guests will arrive before the designated check-in time. The good news is that there is plenty to do. We often suggest that guests visit the grocery store and do a small shop. That will give you more time to relax once you've checked in! There are also a few good restaurants for lunch so why not relax and enjoy some of the local food!

BREAKAGES
We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!

BEACH EQUIPMENT
We have 1 beach towel per person available for your use

BED LINEN / TOWELS
Bed linen and towels are available for you. There will be 4 sets of bath towels and pool towels and they will be changed once a week for you to stay 1 week minimum.

GARBAGE DISPOSAL & RECYCLING
Please do not leave garbage in front of the villa. You can find big trash in front of the villa

WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF A POWER OUTAGE
In case of a power outage please let us know or you shall do a pre-check with the reception area if it happens only in your villa or the whole area.
