Relax at our gorgeous 6 bedroom villa in one of the popular neighborhood of Chalkida. There is plently to see and do in the local area. Just 800 meters from Alykes beach with golden sand and cozy beach bars. Closest supermarket is 400 meters away. Within a 10 min drive from Chalkida town. Drosia’s shops and restaurants 1km away. Athens city is at a distance of 70km.

Guests can enjoy a beautiful 1500 sq. meters private garden with numerous palm and olive trees, that features a pool with sun loungers and outdoor shower, pool terrace with a bar and BBQ facilities and well equipped playground. Our 4x7 meters swimming pool is not heated, It’s shallow and deep ends are 1,2m and 2m deep respectively


To make your stay even more relaxing, you can enjoy the indoor hot tub for two people and a sauna.

Every floor has an open-plan kitchen with living room equipped with a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a freezer and a microwave.
The villa is a perfect place to relax and offers a cable TV channels and high-speed internet access/WiFi indoor and outdoor.

With about 250 sq. meters, sleeps 13 on two levels, the villa, which is accessed through remote-controlled electric gates, features on the ground floor living room with dining table, small fully equipped kitchen two bedrooms, shower room with sauna, WC and laundry room.
On the upper floor, a large and bright living room with fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom wand walk in wardrobe, 3 more bedrooms and a bathroom.

There are 6 bedrooms.
In the first master bedroom, you will find a super king bed and toddler bed(140x70cm) with a 3drawer dresser
In the next bedroom, there is a king bed.
The third bedroom contains a king bed.
The fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds.
The fifth bedroom contains a bunk (sleeps 3)bed.
The sixth bedroom contains a bunk (sleeps 2) bed and an extra infant cot

There are 4 bathrooms.
The first bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a jacuzzi bath tor two with a shower over it.
The next bathroom has a toilet and sink and a bath with a shower over it.
The third bathroom has a toilet and sink.
The fourth bathroom has a walk-in shower and sauna.

Linen, towels, shampoo, essential toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

Property has a covered parking for 3-4 cars and more parking space on the side.

The place is very quiet and offers superb Mountain View’s.
