„Fire place was amazing“

„Super clean.“

„We came here to stay for one night but immediately fell in love with this place and were thrilled to have been able to extend the stay by one night. Brian and Carolyn were fantastic hosts with excellent communication that went above and beyond. The cottage...OMG is it cute....well appointed, immaculately clean, and wonderfully secluded to wake up to the birds singing. Thank you for an unforgettable experience in Aussie land!!!! We would be thrilled to come back again!!!!“

„A great place to stay. Friendly hosts and friendly sheep! The cottage had everything we wanted, and more! Quiet and very comfortable. Wonderfully rural and only a stone's throw from the village of Taralga.“

„A nice little cottage, perfect for two couples. Good facilities to cook our own food. Reasonable heating. Within easy driving distance of main Katoomba shops. Communication with Colin was very responsive. Would recommend and stay again.“

„This house truly felt like a home, the warm fireplace and the soft carpet making a perfect cozy balance. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could ever need, and the views are spectacular. You can feed the horses carrots, the house is very warm, and it can accommodate thirteen people.“

„the place is great just don't expect too much. great for the price and affordable for family who just want to unwind. we went down the wheeny creek with 4wd and had some kayaking or boating. some walking tracks are abit overgrown. doesn't have microwave. nonetheless, will definitely come back“

„Our stay was very nice. The cottage is cosy and homy. But the temperature in the bathroom was really cold. The diversity of the birds in the garden was incredible. Its a nice place for hiking in the blue mountains “

„It was nice and fantastic, had good time. Enjoyed 80s theme of the house, well maintained.A perfect rustic escape with a great location for sunrise and sunset views. The barbeque and wood fire were definite highlights, making the evenings warm and memorableThe house was really awesome and well maintained, with all the amenities. An additional fan or a portable cooler would have been great during the scorching summer, but overall everything was fantastic and there was nothing to complain about.“

„This cottage was perfect for us. Clean, with lovely furniture & quality bedding along with multiple areas to relax and enjoy. Kitchen was extremely well appointed. Our hosts unexpectedly provided us with bread, milk, orange juice, butter, condiments, breakfast cereals, tea and coffee sachets too. We were arriving just on dark and the heating had already been set on for us.“
