„The location as well as the spacious rooms is great. The hotel has been slightly renovated – but not everything has been renewed. The rooms are still the same (carpet, old faucets....). The fitness centre is large, but a lot of equipment has been removed (when it was the Grand Hotel, it had a lot more facilities). But for me that was totally OK! Also the fact that the spa area no longer exists does not bother me. I had a very pleasant stay overall! Thank you very much! “

„The hotel is darling! We had the opportunity to sit by the pool, it was loud due to traffic, but still wonder as the pool is fantastic and the chairs were comfortable. We didn’t have dinner at the Knife, but were able to walk across the street and shop and dine. Overall it’s a 10 out of 10! “

„Your not so nice desk clerk has twice now not been too welcoming. She doesnt wear a name tag, was the blonde at 1:48 pm on 7/1. Telling us we needed to pay an early check-in fee before 2pm, stating our room WAS ready. When i showed her the time on my phone, she then stated it was NOT ready. Stares at us like we are bothering her, no other resort in the area does this, weve been to all if them.“
