„Nice stay “

„We arrived around 10 pm. The front receptionist was clicking on her computer and looking at her phone. She doesn't look up, greet me, or even say I'll be right with you. After a very uncomfortable ,rude few minutes of her basically ignoring me, and I have my od and card out on the counter, she finally looks up to check me in. Property feels and looks dated. Not very clean, there were mold spots in the shower grout, pool are was not cared for, and 1 elevator was out of service. We were in town ...

„The room was clean, but we had to continuosly go down for clean wash cloths, towels and toilet paper. Alot of the time there was no one at the desk. The sign on the mirror said that they cleaned the room every 3 days, we were there for 5 days and it didnt happen and there was supposed to be coffee in room but no one came to fill the basket with coffee pods. Will never stay there again. Dont waste your money to be irritated. The breakfast was all microwave stuff. Tasteless“

„I stayed seven nights in the Best Wester Plus hotel. I had asked three times if they can empty my trash bin and maybe some new towels, nothing was done. Very unfriendly and not customer oriented. The room was ok, but very old, light didn't work. air condition failed also after the second day. there are many other hotels around, I would chose another one for sure.“

„My room was clean. Had great food for breakfast by way of room service. Quiet hotel. Great beds. Everyone that works there is so nice. I stayed here for four days. I was doing something at the convention center. You can walk outside or by way of skyway. “
