„There was no hot water and when I addressed it with the manager, he said yeah that the tank was only running at 40% capacity and that it was going to be fixed later on in the week. Didn’t offer to discount my room disappointing“

„Wir haben das Hotel auf der Durchreise nach Chicago besucht. Von der Grüße des Zimmers waren wir überrascht und begeistert. Es ist zwar nicht nagelneu, aber insgesamt sauber. Der Pool war ausreichend groß, nur der Whirlpool hat leider nicht geblubbert. Das Frühstück war lecker und es gab genug Auswahl, der Raum war allerdings nicht besonders gemütlich. Aber alles in allem ein absolut ausreichendes, sauberes Hotel. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten!“

„Everything was beautiful high end new and just a lovely place to stay. The only concern was the roof top bar when chairs moved across the floor you could hear it in the room. However the high end bed, pillows, and linens along with a quiet a/c made falling asleep so much easier than many places we’ve stayed before. Thank you!“

„Das Hotel und die Angestellten waren top. Die Gegend halt typisch. Autohäuser, geschäfte und Fastfood Restaurants. Zimmer war sauber und ruhig. Frühstück war top. Würstchen, Rührei, Brot, Müsli... Eigentlich für jeden etwas dabei.“

„The staff was helpful. Cleanliness was average. The hotel is dated. The shower curtain rod was loose, which allowed water to get all over the bathroom floor. The continental breakfast was yogurt, waffles, or cereal. Coffee & juice machines were great.“
