„Everything during my stay was great. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was how cold the indoor pool was. It was freezing at all times, i couldn't enjoy it during my stay, but my kids did, so that was a win for them. Hot tubs were great and I loved that they extended hours for adult's only. Food at restaurant was great and reasonably priced. Complimentary breakfasts were awesome and always well stocked with food during serving time. Highly recommend hotel. “

„Our room was very clean and ready for occupancy when we arrived. We went from there to the Waterpark, where there was staff with cleaning supplies in hand, wiping down tables and mopping up floors in the surrounding areas. The lobby, spa area and gift shop were also very clean. The staff was very friendly and met all of our requests for extra amenities. „Nice house lakeside to celebrate graduation from Calvin University. We enjoyed paddle boarding, kayaking and the peddle boat. Enough equipment for all of us to be out on the lake at the same time. Brian was easy to talk with and had everything labeled nicely. Would stay again.“
