„Front desk employee didn’t bother putting his phone down during either of our interactions. There was hair still on one of our hand towels. Floors were not clean. Under one night table there was a bottle cap and a piece of popcorn. First morning housekeeping knocked on our door for any service needed at 9:30 am. I’ve never had that so early in the morning (checkout was 11 am) plus we were scheduled for three nights!“

„My communication with Mrs. Keisha at the beginning was perfectly fine. It was once we both found out that dogs were brought onto the property that it became messy. She told me that the pets were fine and would allow the pets, WITHOUT an extra fee. Then she went back on her word and is now trying to get money she said she would not charge.
