„This place is a dump, parking lot lot so full of holes , room was terrible it was a suite there wasn't a towel or paper towel for the kitchen . One bathroom had soap for the shower nothing in the other one. No blow dryer or anything . Most of the lights didn't work ,tv in bedroom didn't work . Everything needs updated . Even the integrity of the structure is scary. I definitely wouldn't want to be on any of the upper floors.“

„It looked like the lobby had been cleared out of everything but a few pieces of furniture. The ice maker was broken and the staff pointed in a direction to tell me where the pool was because the ice maker by itself worked. The outlets in my room didn’t work so everything that I put to charge over night didn’t charge. „Staff was super helpful, engaged, and customer service forward. We stayed for a full week at a very busy time during Indy 500 week. We will be back, as we were very happy with our stay! Even staff helping with breakfast offerings were smiling and helping to satisfy everyone. Please keep current staff as I know there is new management.“
