„We stayed for one night at the Shermann Hotel for leisure purposes. Our friends who checked in in front of us were offered water bottles and area suggestions, we were not. Our shower was very small making it hard to move, our friends who booked last minute had a nicer room. Checking out our friends were greeted and thanked, we were not. The only difference was we’re reserved through Expedia several weeks in advance and our friends booked directly with the hotel close to the check-in date.“

„There's nothing wrong with the place, but everything about this listing was over-sold and under-delivered. It listed two single beds that were actually cots. The listed parking is a public pay garage blocks away. Same with the "terrace view" that is a public terrace in an attached building. “
