„The house and grounds were very private. located overlooking a quiet lake. Although neighboring houses were in reasonably close proximity, the area was very quiet. The house was well stocked and comfortable for the two of us.. Opportunity was available for both indoor and outdoor dining. Bugs were at a minimum, Shhh!.We spent time exploring Hosmer Pond each day. Only occasional other boaters were on the lake. only small motors were allowed, so the noise was at a minimum.Check out the toboggan ...

„This was my 3rd or 4th stay here, and my favorite spot in all of Maine. Even on a rainy or snowy day, it’s gorgeous. This is an older home with lots of charm, the most breathtaking views of the harbor, and everything you could need to enjoy time here indoors or out. I almost hate to add photos, as it will drive demand for this spot even higher. It’s just a stunningly beautiful space and it’s very hard to leave!“

„What a great place to stay and area to explore. A great time was had. Listing and reviews were accurate. Highly recommend Primo restaurant in Rockland and Mcloons lobster shack. The cottage was great. Only negative I can think of is the amount of hot water in the shower which we knew going in thanks to reviews. Would definitely utilize this space again. “

„This cozy cottage is in the beautiful town of Phippsburg, next to the break-taking beach of Popham State Park. With its site on the ocean shore, the sound of waves soothes your soul, and the beach lends all kinds of opportunities for exploring both at low tide and high tide. Our host and hostess were very responsive to our needs, and my daughter and I greatly enjoyed out stay.“

„Peaceful snd absolutely stunning views right from the deck. At low tide there is so much to explore. You can kayak right from the cottage and ride bikes, short walk to incredible food. Breathtaking and relaxing. We will recommend highly and stay again. “
