„Lovely house with great wraparound porch and gorgeous plants & trees. The lilacs, which I love, were blooming which was absolutely delightful - so aromatic and beautiful! The bed was very comfy and the view of the town and water was joyful. There's a lovely art gallery, used bookstore, and plenty of dining options nearby. A very sweet couple manages the inn and they're excellent cooks - Captain Sawyer's breakfast was beyond delicious - one day it was just me and they served huevos rancheros ...

„Beautiful bed and breakfast. Early 1900’s home with rich history. Each room was decorated nicely and very comfy. The staff was extremely nice and had great suggestions in and out of the surrounding towns. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. Still thinking about the crème brûlée French toast. Would love to stay here again in the future.“

„Caroline, the proprietress of the Victorian by the Sea, is a delightful hostess. The inn itself is lovely and beautifully maintained, with colorful, well-tended gardens. Our beds were very comfortable and we slept very well. Breakfast was also delicious, served in a beautiful room with a view of the sea. “

„We stayed at the Stone House for 3 days in July and had a wonderful time. Jane, our host, was great: kind and generous, friendly and helpful in every way. The breakfasts were deliscious and Jane accomodated my gluten free needs with ease. The house was immaculate, and quiet. Our room was very spacious and the bed soooo comfortable. We walked to Popham Beach and back for a lovely day at the ocean. We want to return!!“

„Lovely roomy inn in South Bristol, Maine on Christmas cove. The hosts Alex a nd Freddy were very friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious with a private full bath. There is a tower you can go up to via several staircases to an amazing view overlooking the water and pine trees. The made to order breakfasts were delicious. Lots of beverages available at anytime. We had some nice conversations. They are still remodeling and redecorating some areas from their new owership a year ago. “

„We loved this place. Beautiful new rooms with full fridge/freezer and k-cup coffee machine. Porch all around the building was so nice to have to breakfast and take-out dinner. The breakfast at this b&b were fantastic. You have a choice of three things the night before and they deliver to your room in the morning. We ate on the porch overlooking the harbor. 2 minute walk to town and shops and restaurants. No car needed once you’re there. Loved it. mark who took care of us was fantastic!“
