Our room was very clean and I love that it was built in the 1800’s. We never had a day where we weren’t busy. We really enjoyed the breakfast and we walked to town almost everyday. The weather was perfect. We would definitely stay again. “

„Caroline, the proprietress of the Victorian by the Sea, is a delightful hostess. The inn itself is lovely and beautifully maintained, with colorful, well-tended gardens. Our beds were very comfortable and we slept very well. Breakfast was also delicious, served in a beautiful room with a view of the sea. “

„Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Feines Frühstück, von der Dame des Hauses sorgfältig zubereitet. Gemütlicher Aufenthaltsraum im Eingangsbereich. Die im Souterrain liegenden Räumlichkeiten für die Gäste sind sauber und geräumig, aber eher nüchtern, nicht urig-ländlich, wie erwartet. Das nächste einfache Restaurant erreichten wir nach 25 Minuten Autofahrt. Eine recht verlassene Gegend! Die Blaubeerfelder vor der Tür waren abgeerntet und nicht sehr beeindruckend.“

„Lovely roomy inn in South Bristol, Maine on Christmas cove. The hosts Alex a nd Freddy were very friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious with a private full bath. There is a tower you can go up to via several staircases to an amazing view overlooking the water and pine trees. The made to order breakfasts were delicious. Lots of beverages available at anytime. We had some nice conversations. They are still remodeling and redecorating some areas from their new owership a year ago. “
