„Short stop on the way to Bar Habor, historical house, quiet because the main street is one block ahead, each room is different but all are very cosy and comfortable, excellent breakfast cooked by the owner, all guests are sitting round a large table therefore conversation is very easy, “

Die im Souterrain liegenden Räumlichkeiten für die Gäste sind sauber und geräumig, aber eher nüchtern, nicht urig-ländlich, wie erwartet. Das nächste einfache Restaurant erreichten wir nach 25 Minuten Autofahrt. Eine recht verlassene Gegend! Die Blaubeerfelder vor der Tür waren abgeerntet und nicht sehr beeindruckend.“

„Lovely roomy inn in South Bristol, Maine on Christmas cove. The hosts Alex a nd Freddy were very friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious with a private full bath. There is a tower you can go up to via several staircases to an amazing view overlooking the water and pine trees. The made to order breakfasts were delicious. Lots of beverages available at anytime. We had some nice conversations. They are still remodeling and redecorating some areas from their new owership a year ago. “
