The newly renovated rustic enjoys a spectacular view of the Centovalli, ideal for relaxing in the middle of our Corte di Sotto farm.
Crucial point for various excursions in all directions.
The rustic is 500 m from the village of Rasa, reachable only by public cable car and on foot.
The house is ideal for families, couples, friends or even solitary people, equipped with a kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, room with a double bed and two beds

The space
The newly renovated rustic offers a great location for those who want to unplug.
The place is secluded and only 10 minutes from Rasa, on top of our farm lawns.
The house consists of an equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), bathroom with shower and washing machine, a unique bedroom with two single beds.
On site a funicular for materials for those who want to transport directly from the street (sassal/ Verdasio) at home.

Guest access
A square with table and chairs, a grill and loungers, this is available for guests.

Other things to note
Guests are asked to use the public cable car of Rasa 900msm and walk down to the accommodation in Corte di Sotto 850msm (about 10 minutes walk)
The material can be transported with our private cable car and loaded in the sassal area (access by car)
For the Rasa cable car, it is possible to make a weekly subscription
