„Wir hatten ein Zimmer im alten Teil des Hotels: Für den Preis von 100 Euro war das Zimmer einfach zu unterdurchschnittlich. Es war für afrikanisch Verhältnisse nicht schlecht, aber für die Leistung zu teuer. Allerdings gibt es in Monrovia keine Alternativen, die nicht wesentlich teurer sind.“

„The property was very dirty, the room was not ready for me to check in, the manager claimed the payment I made to cover my stay had not been reflected in their account. The room shown to me was very dirty and no air conditioning in the room, the bed covers or sheets were dirty and stinking. The hotel does not resemble what was advertised in Expedia web site. I DID NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL DUE TO ALL OF THE ABOVE.“

The atmosphere by the pool was equally inviting, with upbeat (but not overpowering) music that added a lively yet laid-back vibe to the afternoons. There was a small hiccup with my food order not arriving exactly as requested one evening, but it was quickly rectified, and the staff’s friendly attitude ...
