Buenas Tardes, lamentamos mucho su mala experiencia, sin embargo hemos de recordarle que estamos dentro del bosque, dentro de una reserva protegida por lo que nuestros servicios como parte de un hotel ecológico no incluyen un internet fluido o servicio telefónico. Los parques en cambio están ubicados en la ciudad en donde es mas fácil recibir señal. Respecto al desayuno, nos comprometemos a mejorar el servicio y a invitarle a disfrutar nuevamente de este, nuestro personal de restaurante tiene instrucciones de brindar el mejor servicio pero no a regalar los alimentos, estos debemos cobrarlos. Lo invitamos a que nos visiten nuevamente para recompensarle esta mala experiencia. Saludos

Hello dear Erykah, We are sorry to hear about your experience. Just to give you some feed back. It is tru that the restaurant on the hill is not working but we have 2 other restaurant working. We have to charge kayaks, the other place dont because They charge for entrance, we dont charge for entrace so it is the same. We have trail as shown in the map but in this season of the year we recomend not to go to our guest, so this was for your safety.

Regarding the prices of the food, those prices have been our prices for the last 3 years, and We try to maintence them , We have the same prices of the rest of the restaurants in the area. We really apologize for any awkward moment, our villas have fully equipped kitchen but if you rent just a room, it does not have access to the living area and kitchen. We assure you we are going to heck your case but we really apologize. About restaurant, we do have three different restaurants and one close at ten thirty pm for those clients who want to eat a little late. Then, once more we apologize. We do not want to give you excuses but some time internet signal plays us a bad day. As you might know, we are located in the middle of a nature reserve where flora is abundant, this creates some signal interruptions. After checking your reservation, you had booked two separated rooms and that why we had book two rooms with no connections. Then, we do have two bedroom villas where rooms are connected by the living area and a fully equipped kitchen; that´s why the cost is a little higher.
