„Hamilton Cove is a treasure. It’s a gorgeous property with stunning ocean views, spacious, quiet, and has access to a private beach. Golf carts were a big bonus to getting around town and easy to maneuver. Be prepared for MANY steps at this property. There are no elevators and you have to carry luggage up when you arrive and down when leaving. There are minor things that need some upgrades but we didn’t mind. „This is a fabulous place to stay. Gorgeous view quiet and very convenient. Golf cart is a plus I only wish check out time was later than 10 am. It felt rushy to get out and barely gave us enough time for a morning shower and eat breakfast. Other than that highly recommended “

„Great place, the beds were very comfortable and it was clean and well laid out. Awesome location that was very central and easy to walk to everything from. Incredible views as well! “

My two teenage daughters were able to sleep on the pull-out sofa bed (a review said it only fits one person). The golf cart was so handy and made a big difference for the trip. Waking up to that million dollar view every morning sure made it hard to leave. Locals are very friendly, we had an amazing time. “

„This property is great for a large group. It's an old house with lots of character. Kitchen is updated enough to cook with ease. The view is by far one of the best on the island. Dinner on the deck is a must during your stay. The ONLY drawback for some will be the location. You need a golf cart if you are not inclined to take the public staircase. If you're a group who exercises, your stairclimb is worked into your day, of not, get a golfcart for your stay. The view and comfort for our large ...

The only downside were the amount of stairs to walk and we both had been recovery from foot/leg surgeries. I wish that was told to us upon calling for building and taxi information. It is too far to walk to from the ferry boat, so plan on taking a taxi. Other than that we loved our condo and the staff:)“

Set back from the hustle of the waterfront, but only a short walk there, it is ideally positioned. "The location of the hotel was good, since it was close to Mainstreet and Harbour. The room was big and the beds fairly comfortable. It was generally clean. The room was located on street level, with a view of a big, ugly staircaise and the hotel golfcart parked in front of it. There was zero daily housekeeping, nobody ever came and checked the room during our 3-night-stay. This supposedly Deep Soaking bath tub was small, old and chipped plastic tub with old hardware that cut my hand trying to make it work. The hotel noted that it has a new owner and is under renovation. I think it needs to change a lot in order for it to get up to date and comfy. Overall the quality of the hotel compared to others we saw was not good for the rate they charged. Also the breakfast provided was Motel-6 level: all prepackaged snacks. No fresh tea water (it comes thru Keurig coffemaker), no fresh milk, fruit or bread. The girl at the reception was friendly, But we will definitely never return to this place!!! "
