„The house is roomy and set nicely in the woods on a road that has only light traffic. The kitchen appliances and dishware are fine. Unfortunately, the property is in serious need of maintenance and upkeep. Many of the doors have holes that were inexpertly patched with material that doesn't match. Other doors and the refrigerator have splitting veneer that was "repaired" with transparent packing tape. The kitchen cabinets were so old that the fronts were worn down to bare wood in many places.
