The property can be found nestled on a luxurious estate with your own garden and swimming pool. It is located close to the city of Bologna, only 20 minutes’ drive away, where you can enjoy the beautiful cathedrals and historic buildings, famous restaurants, great bars, shops, museums and more! The city of Modena is also under an hour’s drive away, a paradise for food and wine lovers, where there is no shortage of sights to see.

THE VILLA
Beautifully modern, it offers spacious and bright rooms all set in a stunning one of a kind garden. The house develops over two floors and 450 sq.m. On the ground floor, we find a bright living room with large windows and direct access to the garden, a separate kitchen well equipped for cooking delicious Italian recipes, dining areas and conservatory room, as well as two double bedrooms with king sized beds, each with their own en-suite bathroom with shower.

A beautiful staircase takes us to the first floor, where we have: a second living room and three double bedrooms with king sized beds and en-suite bathrooms (two with shower and one with shower and bathtub).

Outside, there is a stunning private infinity swimming pool with kids section and separate hot tub, private garden with outdoor furniture, a botanical garden with landscaped maze.
