Perhaps you didnt notice that the motel is under current repairs although gradual definitely can notice the painting throughout the new cupboards new carpet in half still more to occur.we were affected greatly first by covid and most recently by floods at a huge cost we are slowly getting much needed renovations.Thanks for your concern.

Hi AnnApologies you felt my manager was rude and i will discuss his phone manner.Unfortunately although you thought you were doing the right thing there is signs in room explaining you will be charged for any extra cleaning and coffee stains on White towels do not perfectly wash out no ,matter how good of a cleaner/bleach we use.It is very frustrating as our linen is brand new (literally arrived Monday) and commonly stained with makeup, coffee and wine and becomes extremely expensive to constantly replace and is not just Kmart or big w brand.We then get complaints of dirty and stained linen.If you had approached us we would happily of supplied some cloths or rags to clean your mess.Again I do apologise that you felt you were spoke to rudely.
