Beautifully laid out park with lots of grassed areas and plenty of visitor parking. Situated in a quiet area. Terrific drive-through sites with ensuites. We stayed in a cabin and it was sufficient for a few nights stay. Small tv was a little too far away for watching from the bed. Nice and clean.

Very nice place to stay
Service and communication from reception is excellent. The cabin has everything you need for your stay. The accommodation is away from the Main Street so traffic noise is very low. Will stay again when I’m in the area.

Rolls Royce experience, Ford Fiesta price!
A great experience. We arrived late, but the owners had left everything we needed in an accessible safe. The unit was clean, comfortable and had everything in it that we needed. I have already recommended it to my Australian friends.

Disappointed
We were disappointed with this property. Reception was friendly and condition of the unit was average but we felt that it was under equipped. We have not before seen a cabin in a caravan park that did not have a sink and running water in the kitchen area, or a hot plate for cooking. The bed was hard and not comfortable and did not appear to have been swept under for some time. The advised WiFi user name did not appear on the list of those available on my top ranking Android phone, so I concluded that, like many caravan parks, the provision of WiFi is more a selling point that a genuine service. We would not return to this property unless we had assurances of substantial improvement. We did not have the opportunity to make comments on these matters on departure as we left before the office opened.

There was a lovely community vibe in the park with residents walking their dogs and chatting. Cabin was fairly basic but clean and with sufficient facilities.

A good spot to stop
This was a good spot to stop on our way between Tenterfield and Byron Bay. The open plan room was spacious however the beds were a little firm for our liking.

Cabin in a retirement place
No lounge chair to sit on but two outside chairs for inside and bed. Small TV far far away from bed.. but bed is the only comfortable thing to sit on. Floor not swept before hand. Dirty big toe nail on floor for all to see on arrival. Very very basic for only a sleep and that’s it.

Tired, hot and not up to par
Cabin was very hot and stuffy upon arrival, the long wall where the beds are gets the full afternoon sun, no shade that side. A/C controller broken, and very difficult to make A/C work. NO Double or Queen bed !!! Only 2 x King Single, and another single bed, and this was a SUPERIOR cabin. Pushing the two king singles together, and the bedside tables don't move and are now beyond reach. Shower door doesn't close properly and as a result water goes all over the bathroom floor making it VERY slippery - dangerous. Toiletries - Soap was less than good, more like cheap industrial soap, terrible cheap perfume. Décor - No pictures or anything on walls, making it a large plain boring box of a room.

Very quiet spacious accomodation
Booked this room because of the size and bed configuration which suited our needs. Overnight stay while on a m/c ride. Covered parking big plus as it rained all night. A bit out of town but an easy walk to the local pub at the roundabout. Have to say wasn't impressed with the appearance of pub but the locals were a hoot to chat with and the food was good. Kitchenette was fine if you wanted to make a snack but that's about all. The bathroom had fittings for elderly or handicapped travellers. The beds were firm but comfortable and as an overall stay it was miles better than most country motels which I consider overpriced and noisy. Yes I would go back here again.

Excellent Caravan Park
We stayed in a standard cabin. It had a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle and all crockery and cutlery but no cook-top. This was not a particular problem as we were close to their excellent BBQ shed with gas bbqs, stove, microwave, refrigerator, ice-maker, good washing-up facilities and plenty of tables and benches.

A fabulous place to spend some time to rest and unwind. Friendly staff, well run park, beautiful grounds. A wonderful cafe on site. I was stressed when I started my trip but staying at the park, meeting lovely residents, by the end of my stay I was absolutely rested and I had such a lovely time.

Bed was comfortable and good size room. Coffee and tea facilities provided as well as microwave. Stuffed online booking and rude after hours servic
Online said availability and rocked up there to find it closed at 5.50 pm even though 6 it closed. Rang the after hours and got hold of a man who baited me about it being full, saying he had a message from the staff it was full, I suggested they had told him it was full because they were lazy and wanted to close up for the night and he couldn't be bothered coming to the office. And asked him to come down and check the computer. He hung up on me. So I booked online and rang again saying I had paid and wanted a cabin. He said tough luck and refused to come to the office to check, refused to refund the money saying he had told me it was full. Finally said come back tomorrow to sort it out. No manners. No apology. However the girl the next day was very polite and helpful and sorted the refund. Thankyou to her, but not him. No people skills and shouldn't be in hospitality.

My partner had 2 nights in a standard cabin. Clean, good size, very comfortable bed. Lovely peaceful setting. Friendly staff. I liked the fact the complex was secure with boom gates. Very flat area, great for walks. Many activities on offer including billiards and darts, BBQ, happy hour, craft, dancing, men's shed and much more. Unfortunately the table tennis table was broken but I'm sure it will be fixed soon. Overall a very enjoyable experience and we will definitely return in the future.

I arrived late, and was greeted with an envelope with all required documents, staff were very friendly. cabin I stayed in was large, and came with a microwave, and cutlery. large room, great shower and bathroom for price! for the price I paid, I couldnt be happier. great value!
