The main pool is open all year round, while the children’s pool is available only during July and August.

Bookings in this property are only available to guests aged 25 and above.

Smoking is not allowed.

Pets are not allowed.

Parties/events are not allowed.

Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00

Please note, keys need to be collected from our office - Avenida Puerto del Mar 60, 29680, Estepona and returned on check-out.

Dogs (extra cost) are allowed but must always be kept on a leash in the community and never left alone in the property.



💄👟 Please Be Kind to Our Towels! 🤍



Our towels love drying guests after a refreshing shower... but they're not designed for removing makeup or cleaning shoes! 😊



Please help us keep them fresh and fluffy by avoiding using them for makeup removal or shoe cleaning.



Unfortunately, makeup stains and shoe marks often cannot be removed during laundering. Towels that are permanently damaged have to be replaced, and the cost of replacement may be charged to guests.
