A perfect place for a wonderful time right at the beach
Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche mit blauem Himmel und Sonnenschein in diesem schönen und großzügigen Appartment genossen. Der Balkon fast am Strand mit Blick auf Meer und Gibraltar ist sensationell. Tiefgarage ist sehr praktisch. Die Betten bequem und die Bäder in Ordnung. Die Küche könnte noch etwas einladender sein, um dem ansonsten sehr hohen Standard des Objektes zu entsprechen. Alles in allem - sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit wunderbaren Meerblick
Wir haben knapp drei Wochen in der Wohnung verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sauber, für eine Ferienwohnung sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat einen wunderschönen Meerblick. Das ganze Gebäude ist hell und modern mit viel Glas und lichtdurchflutet. Die Wohnung hat mit die beste Lage in der Anlage, Sonne von morgens bis abends, frontaler Meerblick und die Autobahn haben wir definitiv nicht gehört. Ich fand das Schlafzimmer zum Meer besonders schön, das Bett ist sehr bequem und das Meeresrauschen beim einschlafen und aufwachen ist einfach nur toll. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock, so dass man problemlos mit offenem Fenster schlafen kann und schon beim aufwachen den herrlichen Blick aufs Mittelmeer hat. Es gibt auch eine Nespresso Maschine was ich als Kaffee Trinker sehr angenehm empfand. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat auf Anfragen immer zeitnah geantwortet. Alles in allem kann ich die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und wir werden sie definitiv wieder buchen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
Die Lage der Wohnung -erste Wasserlinie- ist toll. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht! Als das W-Lan mal streikte, wurde dies binnen 12 Stunden behoben! Die Gegend ist sehr schön und lohnt sich zu erkunden. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes Apartment in wunderbarer Lage. Der Meerblick von der Terrasse ist einfach nur traumhaft. Leider kein Grill, ansonsten alles was man braucht. Gut gepflegte Anlage mit schönem Pool. Selbst im August war es ruhig und nicht zu viel los. Man hatte eigentlich jeden Tag die Gelegenheit noch Liegen am Pool zu ergattern. Der Einstieg ins Meer ist steinig. Wenn das nicht stört, dann ist der Strand aber auch eine tolle und ruhige Alternative zu den volleren Stränden in der Umgebung. Auf ein Auto ist man angewiesen, aber damit ist man in guter Lage die Umgebung (Gibraltar, Tarifa, Estepona, Marbella, …) zu erkunden. Saskia ist eine nette Gastgeberin und die Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Ein paar gute Tipps für Ausflugsziele und Restaurants gab’s obendrauf. Wären nach einer Woche sehr gerne noch geblieben.

Toller Aufenthalt
Wir haben im Juli zwei schöne Wochen in diesem Appartement verbracht. Die Anreise war problemlos, im Vorfeld wurden alle wichtigen Informationen zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet und sehr sauber, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick vom großzügigen Balkon auf Meer und Pool ist sehr schön. Der teilweise überdachte Balkon ist so gestaltet, dass zu jeder Tageszeit Schatten verfügbar ist. Ein Schlafzimmer liegt nicht zur Meerseite hin, die Verkehrsgeräusche der Autobahn sind zu hören. Wenn man die Tür offen lässt und die Balkontür im Wohnzimmer öffnet, ist auch hier wie in den anderen Zimmern Meeresrauschen zu hören. Insofern ist die Nähe zur Autobahn wirklich kein Problem. Das Internet funktioniert einwandfrei! Der Pool und die Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt. Der Pool hat eine tolle Größe und ist immer sehr angenehm temperiert und nicht zu kalt. Der Strand ist sauber, der Einstieg ins Meer ist steinig. Die Wohnung ist einer idealer Ausgangspunkt für kleinere oder auch größere Ausflüge! Ein Auto ist erforderlich.

Modernes Appartement - leider mit Straßenlärm
Sehr gepflegtes, modern ausgestattetes Appartement mit tollem Meerblick. Leider hört man je nach Windrichtung und Windstärke die direkt hinter dem Haus liegende A7, was je nach Ruhebedürfnis sehr anstrengend sein kann. Der Pool sah sehr einladend und sauber aus, haben ihn aber nicht benutzt.

Eine Wohnung in traumhafter Lage und eine tolle, nette, kompetente Vermieterin. Was will man mehr? Die Lage ist perfekt um von dort aus Tagesausflüge zu so tollen Zielen wie Sevilla, Ronda, Tarifa, Marbella, Gibraltar oder Malaga zu machen. Estepona ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt und ebenfalls wunderschön. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist toll, alles was man braucht ist da. Frau Handberg hat jederzeit eine Antwort auf alle Fragen und die Kommunikation ist sehr angenhem. Wir kommen wieder!

Perfektes Ferien-Domizil !
Wir haben in der Fe-Wohnung 6 Wochen Urlaub verlebt. Das Apartment hat eine bevorzugte Lage unmittelbar am Meer, ist super eingerichtet und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, die Umgebung mit allen ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden. Traumhafte Lage am Meer!
Wir können uns den vorangegangen Kommentaren in allen Punkten anschliessen! Diese stilvolle Wohnung an unschlagbarer Lage direkt am Meer ist zudem mit allen notwendigen Utensilien und Geräten in der Küche eingerichtet. Jeden Morgen haben wir bei schönstem Wetter mit Blick aufs Meer auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt! Zu schätzen wussten wir auch die Sauberkeit der Wohnung und die freundliche unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Frau Handberg. In wenigen Autominuten gibt es genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Standort dieser grossartigen Wohnung ist optimal, um umliegende Städte zu erkundigen oder andere Strände zu geniessen! Wonderful three weeks
We stayed at this wonderful property for 3 weeks in February to escape the cold at home. It exceeded our expectations. After sleeping on the very comfortable bed, it was soothing to wake up to the sounds of the sea. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils, as well as an assortment of spices to make great meals. The location was perfect! Close to the beautiful, lively town of Espetona. Don’t miss the Orchidarium! Sotogrande was about 20 minutes away, with great shopping, and cafes. Saskia lives nearby, and responded immediately to any questions we had. A very gracious host!

Modern and tasteful flat with great views of the sea
The flat was as described - quite spacious as there were only the 2 of us. Everything was clean, modern and tasteful with a spacious terrace with great views of the sea and pool. There was everything you needed, although the microwave was not working. The location is lovely, although to beach at the front of the property is quite narrow and you need to walk a little way along the coast to get to a wider beach. There are 2 restaurants within 10 mins walk with lots of restaurants in Estepona (about a 20 min drive) and Sabinillas (10 minute drive). I would recommend the property and my only suggestion for improvement would be to upgrade the bedding - the pillows were awful!

Picture perfect!
Where to start…. There is always a leap of faith moment booking online, hoping that the images match reality. With this apartment, it absolutely did. Splendid views every time you walk into the sitting room. Modern, clean and comfortable furniture throughout. Exceptionally clean and bright rooms and all the standard house ‘kit’ you need. The aircon was fierce and much needed in the evenings. It is doable without a car! An easy walk along the Senda Litoral to Sabinillas and Duqesa. Supermarkets, butchers and greengrocers all available in Sabinillas and plenty of fish restaurants by the sea. Uber works to get to Estepona/ Sotogrande and we understand there are buses if you want to go further. The pool was excellent and if you walk through the side gate you are on the beach. Saskia was super fast in responding to any questions or queries, she could not have been more helpful. Cannot recommend this place highly enough for a chilled out break in the sun.

This was our first travel in over 2 yrs for myself and my Mother ,(92 yrs young), so, we had a few boxes to tick . Its very simple, We had no issues. On our arrival everything was perfect for us. The apartment is lovely ,comfortable and well appointed. We had a couple of issues , which were down to user error! On contacting the The host, she returned my call for help, by return, was most helpful, always assessable and charming to deal with . Just in conversation, Having mentioned a wine cooler would be useful, the very next day , we had a one! Thank you for all your help, assistance and for making our holiday so special, We will return! L'appartement est superbe, décoré avec goût et d'une propreté irréprochable. Il est aussi très fonctionnel et rien ne manque. Les photos correspondent en tout point à la réalité. La vue est magnifique et la proximité de la plage et de la piscine est un vrai atout. On peut faire de belles balades à pied sur le sable ou sur des chemins piétonniers bien aménagés. We loved this apartment!
The apartment was very clean and cozy! The bedrooms were very spacious and so were the bathrooms. The location was perfect. We enjoyed the area, our walks on the beach and the relaxing times at the pool. The view from the terrace is amazing! The beautiful sunrise in the morning is really breath taking! We recommend this apartment if you like to enjoy a very sereen area just a 30 min drive from Estepona, Marbella and beautiful Casares in the mountains. We are sure we will be back another time!

Gedurende de 2 weken van het verblijf (29 mei-11 juni) konden de jongens vanwege onderhoud (!) geen gebruik maken van het mooie zwembad, ERG jammer. Verder zou je helemaal om moeten lopen door het hele gebouw heen, daarna trappen af, achterlangs, om bij dat zwembad (of het strand) te komen, omdat het appartement op de 1e etage ligt. Appartement is prima in orde, ook zeer smaakvol ingericht.

Stunning apartment with amazing views!
We walked through the door of the apartment for your eyes to be immediately drawn to the stunning ocean views. Beautiful modern and very clean apartment with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We (my husband and two children age 11 and 13) stayed for two weeks. We hired a car, which I highly recommend to make the most of the area. You can walk to the local garage and along the beach to restaurants etc., but we used the car a lot for exploring and shopping. Our children swam everyday in the pool even though it wasn’t heated and was way too cold for me, but they love swimming and were determined to swim everyday!! Wonderful and relaxing holiday overall. The owner Saskia is extremely responsive and very helpful with every query we had. Overall 10/10!!

We stayed for five days at this beachfront apartment and really loved it. The apartment is located in a very beautiful and quiet area about 10 minutes drive to Estepona on Costa del Sol. The rooms are neatly decorated and the kitchen is very well equipped. The balcony offered a very relaxing place for enjoying the sea view during morning breakfast or evening meal. We made day trip to lovely nearby towns such as Casares and Ronda. We will certainly return to this place the next time we go back to Costa del Sol. Thanks Saskia,.

What more could you ask for?
A beautifully appointed apartment. The photos and description are just as you find it. This must be the best equipped and decorated place we have stayed in this year. The third property from Homeaway for us in 2017. The view from the balcony was so relaxing we didn't want to leave. Wish you could bottle it. The kitchen had all that I needed to cook a three course meal! Home from home. Saskia was very helpful to if we couldn't find or do something. She responded within minutes. Access to the apartment is very good with the lift, we needed it as one of us was slightly disabled by a leg injury. Both bathrooms are good too, that shower in the master bathroom is wonderful. Supermarkets are very close at hand and easy to find, a good sized fridge freeze in the kitchen will store a lot if you intend to be self catering. Bedrooms are so comfortable I slept very well indeed. Local trips are easy to plan and get to as Casares Del Mar is so conveniently positioned to allow you to make trips out in any direction. Brilliant! I hope we return.

Superb relaxing apartment on the beach front
This apartment definitely has the wow factor. Straight away as you walk in you are faced with a view of the the beautiful blue sea from the lounge. This can also be seen from the master bedroom and on opening the doors there is the constant sound of the waves which is so relaxing. The apartment was bright, modern and spotlessly clean. There was plenty of room for my husband and I and our two daughters aged 20 and 17yrs. We were able to walk to two beach bars about 15mins walk away, both excellent for lunch and evening meals. We tried one of the restaurants recommended by Saskia, La Casa del Rey in Estepona. It was a short drive away and was a lovely modern gastro bar, good atmosphere and service and excellent food. It's very popular so you would need to book. We loved walking through the old streets of Estepona in the evening. The apartment had everything you would need including a TV with Netflix if you wanted to escape the sun for a while. We really enjoyed our break here and would definitely return. Thank you Saskia 😎

One is always concerned when booking online. However the instance we arrived we realised Saskia's apartment was all we had dreamt it would be. If you want to rent an immaculately clean, beautifully presented, luxury apartment in a tranquil location. This apartments for you!! Relax, on the veranda overlooking the sea, lounge on the beds next to the private pool or exit the coded gate to walk for miles along secluded, unspoilt beaches (no hoards of tourist and associated trappings) Our family was in dire need of utter relaxation, we got it a 100 fold!! Wonderful Saskia, many thanks indeed. We would book again in a blink of a eye!!

Modern decor 2 bedroom flat. Very clean with fantastic sea views.
The apartment has fantastic sea views and overlooks one of the swimming pools. The beach is literally 5 minutes walk but is quite pebbly so wasn't ideal for sun bathing. This is not a problem though as the complex have sun loungers which all overlook the sea. It is about a 20-30 minute walk to Sabinillas but there are beach bars/ restaurants along the way. The walk is all along the beach walkway which is lovely and ideal for a refreshment once you reach the town. To drive is no more than 5 minutes and only a few minutes more to the port of Duquesa which has many bars and restaurants. We thought the apartment was ideally positioned and was very relaxing. We do recommend a car for sightseeing. Supermarkets are 2 minutes drive. To sum up this is a lovely apartment, very clean and modern decor and walking distance to Sabinillas.

Amazing apartment!
We returned last week after a week long stay. Saskia's communication throughout was excellent. The instructions for our stay were simple and went without any hiccups. She also provided suggestions for restaurants which proved useful. The apartment is fabulous, super clean and crisp. Simple and stylish decor and bigger than the photos suggest. The master bedroom leads onto the balcony and I am really missing waking up to the sound of rolling surf and seeing the ocean moments away. There is plenty of drawer and cupboard space and the ensuite bathroom is larger than average with a great shower. The second bedroom is at the rear, very peaceful. My Son and his partner were very happy in it. (You get the master next time!) Both rooms have extremely comfortable beds. The lounge/dining space is plenty large enough for four, and I loved being able to see the sea through the hatch from the kitchen. The TV has netflix, which I didn't use, but is apparrently a fantastic addition! The balcony is perfect, great views, large enough to sit out on in comfort and not overlooked. The pool area and gardens are clean and well maintained, there are poolside toilets too. It was very quiet during our stay and alot of the apartments seemed unoccupied. There are also permanent residents, so it has a feel of being really cared for and a sense of community too. We decided not to hire a car, despite recommendations, and managed fine using taxis. The taxi firm were very quick and efficient, and as we were not going to do a lot of sight seeing in the area it worked well. The supermarkets are a short ride away and well stocked. We walked to Sebillinas one day which was a pleasant 45 minute stroll along the beach front. There are two beach bars with 15 min walk, both serving good food with perfect locations and views. The local garage (7mins walk) sells fresh baguettes. We took a taxi to Estepona (c.15 euros) to wander round the old town and have dinner, Saskia's tips were perfect. As we were having a very laid back week and making the most of the pool, we only ventured out to explore Casares, the hillside town. It was well worth the trip, sensational views fron the top, very peaceful and sleepy, with a very Spanish feel that was markedly different from the coastal area. (c.20 euros in taxi). All in all we had a fantastic stay, the area is much quieter than other parts of the Costa, the apartment was everything we had hoped for and more! Thank you Saskia!

We are very happy for this wonderful review and it had been an eye opener to us, that you can stay quite well in the apartment without a rental car. Until now we always told potential renters to hire a car under all circumstances. The Taxi stand is in walking distance (10 Minutes)

Exceptional Beachfront Apartment
The apartment is clean, modern and very nicely furnished. The terraces offer a wonderful ocean view and are ideal for dining or simply enjoying the sun. There is an excellent beach restaurant within walking distance and a short drive to a supermarket or to Estepona. Saskia, the owner, responded very quickly to any query. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay in a wonderful appartment
If you want to have a wonderful and comfortable stay on walking distance to the beach, this is the place to be. The place was very clean. The beds are very comfortable (and large). The apartment is nicely decorated. It also has a large balcony with a beautiful view. If you have a question, Saskia reacts immediately. We can warmly recommend this place.
