Finde Casal Santa Maria Hotels

„Our recent stay at this hotel was exceptionally disappointing. Throughout our visit, we encountered an unacceptable level of customer service, highlighted by extremely unfriendly treatment from the receptionist. Upon requesting a room change, the receptionist responded with inappropriate laughter rather than assistance. Given these circumstances, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this establishment to future guests.“

„The staff was very accommodating and reminded us of old bed and breakfast places from years ago. They even had our breakfast ready early so we could get away early. If we come to Portugal again, we’d come back. Also, great restaurant recommendations.“

„Loved our stay. Beautiful room, with balcony and mountains view. Be aware, if you have big luggage, they have a few stairs to go up if you booked a room on the second floor. The rest was perfect, location, plenty of restaurants near by, bars, the weather was perfect. Only down side, some people were a bit dirty, leaving the bathroom dirty BUT the staff took well care of cleaning everyday. Staff was very helpful. When we arrived, they had a breakdown with the wifi for two days but they corrected ...

„We liked the house and the rooms very much. The people working there were always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, but I wish there would have been more options for eggs. The pool downstairs was nice, but a bit cold. But our girls enjoyed it anyway :) The house and surrounding itself were very quiet and peaceful. It was really nice!“

Tolles Frühstück, zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, welche wunderbar kocht. “

„Stupendous.“

„First three nights we stayed in an appartment, nice balcony overlooking the pool area, 2 rooms, kitchen well equipped, then we had to move to a studio, that was under the swimming pool, not much of a view, only one room, no ventilation, only one window, that was a real down-grading (for the same price!) Very helpful receptionists (especially Pedro and Adelayde) they did everthing to help our car problem fixed, it needed several tel call to the rent a car company and insist. They also gave us ...

Sonst ok.“
