Gut gelegenes Hotel
Ein großes Hotel, zentral gelegen. Die Zimmer sind funktional ausgestattet. Die Teppiche im ganzen Haus sind in keinem guten Zustand. Das Frühstück ist sehr überschaubar,sowohl in Qualität als auch Angebot die Tische werden nur schleppend aufgeräumt und auch nicht gleich gesäubert. Ich bin nicht für Überfluss, aber was angeboten wird sollte appetitlich sein. Service irgendeiner Art war nicht sichtbar.

-Novotel casablanca is Overpriced. the room is very old.Poeple are allowed to smok in the lobby. it smells cigarette in the lobby.Bed is not confortable -Staff was friendly.

Alles was man braucht...
....und dazu sehr zentral gelegen. Praktische, saubere Zimmer und von der 9. Etage hatte ich eine Superaussicht... Sehr gut!

Sauber aber unspektakulär
Wir haben das Novotel City Center für eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg von Marrakech nach Fes gebucht. Der Mitarbeiter am Checkin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, allerdings hat der Checkin etwas länger gedauert, da der junge Mann sowohl den Checkin als auch die Concierge Tätigkeiten übernehmen musste. Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Betten bequem, der Teppich in den Zimmern könnte mal erneuert werden. Die Toilette war getrennt vom restlichen Bad, was ich eigentlich bevorzuge, allerdings war der Toilettenbereich sehr klein und eng. Die Bar im Erdgeschoss sah ganz nett aus, allerdings haben wir im Hotel nicht gegessen. Die Lage des Hotels ist in Ordnung, zur Hassan II Moschee kann man in etwa 30 Minuten laufen. Das Internet war sehr langsam.

the Novotel is direct next to the Sofitel which is for sure a upper class one...so be sure you take the right entraince. The Hotel itself is for one night as a stop over a good choice due to its central location in the habor area next to the Medina and only 2.5 km walking distance from the mosque.... For a long stay I would rather escape that place....

Für ein verlängertes Wochenende mit 2 Kindern ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und die Zimmergrösse sehr gut. Mietfahrzeug kann kostenlos auf Hotel eigenen Parkplatz geparkt werden.

Ein typisches Stadthotel. Das Zimmer war im Großen und Ganzen o. k. Für eine Nacht in Ordnung aber nicht mehr. Frühstück war etwas enttäuschend, zwar toll aufgemacht aber qualitativ doch eher schlecht.

Standard Novotel
In diesem Hotel findet man standard Novotel-Qualität, für die man ab und zu hohe Preise bezahlen muss. Je nach Preis gibt es also in Casablanca manchmal schon Hotels mit einem viel besseren Preis/Qualitätsverhältnis. Das Zimmer war sauber aber weiter nichts besonderes. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, im Hafen von Casablanca. Für meinen Accor Platinum Status gab es keine besondere Aufmerksamkeit, also kein Upgrade oder Welcome Drink, im Gegensatz zu anderen Novotel Hotels.

Staff are very helpful but we had to change rooms because the air-conditioning was not functioning properly and the room was hot. The new room was slightly better. Although this hotel is very basic, I had hoped they would provide a toothbrush and a shower cap at the very least. Location wise it is near Rick’s cafe which is everyone’s favourite destination.

It’s Just 4 minutes walk from Casa Port railway station ..staff are helpful and friendly.. it’s better to get your breakfast early rather than keep it to the last hour ( they start to clean the break fast area between 10:30 to 11:00)

Great staff! So friendly! Air conditioner not so good but other wise it was fine. Close to train station and mosque. Perfect For a night or two. Great breakfast!
