Cycling enthusiasts will appreciate the cycle path accessible 500 meters away, which will take you to Blaye through the vineyards. Nearby, explore the Gironde estuary and its river cruises, the charming village of Bourg-sur-Gironde and the Corniche road, or the Saint-Ciers-sur-Gironde bird sanctuary with its typical marshes dotted with fishing huts and restaurants. Adjoining the owners' house and near another gîte, this accommodation has its own private entrance and a large, private gravel courtyard with a paved terrace, ideal for enjoying sunny days. Completely and tastefully renovated, the house comprises, on the ground floor, an entrance hall, a welcoming living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge, as well as a spacious shower room with WC. Upstairs, you will find three comfortable bedrooms (one with a 160x200cm bed, one with a 140x190cm bed, and one with a 90x190cm bed) and a separate WC with a washbasin. The gîte is equipped with electric heating. Bed linen and table linen are included in the price. Towel rental and end-of-stay cleaning are available as optional extras.
