The three bedrooms are designed for genuine rest. Each features a double-size bed and a calm, clean atmosphere. The master bedroom, with a private bathroom and air conditioning, feels more intimate and contained, offering a cool and restful retreat at the end of the day. The secondary bedrooms, equipped with fans and natural ventilation, support a softer rhythm aligned with Cartagena’s climate.

The living area is open, bright, and adaptable. A sofa bed, air conditioning, and constant natural light create a comfortable setting for rest or shared moments. From here, the height and ocean view remain a quiet presence, reinforcing the idea of a place designed to slow you down.

The fully equipped kitchen integrates naturally into the space. With a refrigerator, washing machine, and a practical layout, it supports longer stays without friction, strengthening the feeling of a home designed to be lived in, not just occupied.

The secure lockbox contains the access card that activates the apartment and the air conditioning system. During your stay, you will have full and exclusive access to the entire apartment. There are no shared areas within the private space, reinforcing a sense of privacy and freedom. Each area is available to be used naturally, respecting the rhythm of those who inhabit it.

From here, getting around is easy: the airport is just minutes away, urban beaches are close by, and the historic center is easily accessible whenever you feel like exploring, without having to live in the noise.

To preserve this sense of balance and prepare the space with the same level of care, the base rate applies to single occupancy. An additional adjustment is applied for extra guests and is automatically reflected when the number of guests is selected at the time of booking.

Near the residential complex, there is ongoing construction. Some noise may be heard at certain times of the day.
We want you to enjoy Ivory Tide peacefully while helping us take care of the apartment, the neighbors’ comfort and the building rules. This space is designed for a calm, clean and premium stay, so we ask guests to use both the apartment and common areas responsibly.

These rules are not meant to limit your experience, but to ensure a comfortable, safe and respectful stay for everyone. If you have any questions about visitors, pool hours, building rules or anything else, we will be happy to guide you before and during your stay.

House rules
1. No parties, events or unauthorized gatherings.
2. No smoking inside the apartment or on the balconies.
3. No pets allowed.
4. No sex tourism or behavior that affects the safety or coexistence of the building.
5. Please take care of furniture, decor, linens, towels, kitchenware and apartment items.
6. Do not remove towels, sheets, utensils or any apartment items.
7. Do not move large furniture without authorization.
8. Turn off lights, air conditioning, fans and appliances when leaving.
9. Keep music, TV and conversations at a moderate volume.
10. No loud speakers.
11. Overnight visitors are not allowed.
12. Daytime visitors must be previously authorized and have an additional fee of $75,000 COP.
13. The sofa bed must be used responsibly and any issue should be reported before check-out.
14. Any damage, loss or rule violation may generate additional charges.

Building rules

1. All guests must be registered before entering.
2. The building may request ID.
3. Minors may only enter with a responsible adult and proper authorization if they are not traveling with their parents.
4. Quiet hours: 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
5. Pool hours: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
6. Use of common areas depends on the building’s current administration rules.
7. There are security cameras in hallways, elevators, lobby and one camera at the apartment entrance. There are no cameras inside private areas.
8. Any fine caused by violating building rules will be the guest’s responsibility.
9. Lost access card fee: $100,000 COP.
10. Lost wristband fee: $5,000 COP.

To protect the apartment, the building’s peaceful environment and everyone’s safety, any violation of the rules, unauthorized visitors, parties, smoking, damages, excessive noise or fines issued by the building administration may result in additional charges and/or a penalty of up to USD 250, as applicable.
