bouchon d'oreille et désinfectant obligatoire. NE PAS ALLER DANS CETTE HOTEL. tres bruyant et mal insonoriser. piscine est sale. repas du matin ordinaire. pas d'eau chaude et douche sans pommeau. aucune place pour s'assoire dans la chambre sauf sur les lits.

This hotel was in the perfect location. It was walking distance from the beach and there was a hotel on site. My only two issues were that I found these tiny ant-like bugs in my room on the floor. I also didn’t like that I had a shared balcony with a room next to me (the girls were partying all night). Other than that, I was pleased with my stay.

Nos fue horrible, primero el tema de los impuestos, si la pagina de Hotels.com indica que los impuestos están incluidos, en el hotel te cobran un valor de IVA, pero no te dan factura. segundo, el área de la habitación 328 solicitada indicaba que eran 21 metros cuadrados, y la habitación tenía menos de 16 metros cuadrados. Tercero, el baño se taponó dos veces sin uso, el cual debieron enviar una persona con bomba para que lo destapara, y luego de varios intentos lo logró destapar, como lo comenté sucedió dos veces, en la madrugada, como a las 3:50 a.m. de la ultima noche, se reventó un tubo del agua del sanitario lo que generó que la habitación se inundará y solo ahí nos cambiaron de habitación a un cuarto más pequeño habitación 327, si no es porque mi esposo ayudara a la señorita de recepción a secar, el agua pudo llegar al piso dos. Quinto, la habitación no contenía ni sillas ni mesas, lo cual se debió solicitar en recepción, tampoco tenía nevera. Sexto, vale la pena rescatar de la estadía, es la cordialidad de las personas del restaurante que muy amablemente se esmeraron en su atención, de noche solo dejan una persona sola en recepción, el hotel playa norte no cuenta con citofonía o teléfono para comunicarse a recepción

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I WAS ROBBED BY A MAN WITH A MACHETE ON A BEACH AROUND 8 AM, next to this hotel. There wasn't WATER in the hotel in the morning. The toilet wasn't flushing and I even couldn't wash my face. Staff is friendly there but nobody speaks English. Even a little bit. I couldn't stay in that stinky room (there is humidity there so if there is no water room stinks almost immediately), so I went to the beach a bit earlier than I planned. IT IS UNSAFE THERE. I'm giving this hotel a negative star for safety. Stay in the hotels 1km closer to the airport. That area is more in control by police who is by the way friendly and helpful but don't speak English either

Muy bueno para su nivel
El hotel es bueno para su precio, las habitaciones son de un buen tamaño, en mi caso no venía con desayuno incluido, y los costos del restaurante son bastante elevados. El personal de limpieza es excelente, todos los días limpiaron la habitación. Las habitaciones huelen a humedad y parece que es un problema de estructura del edificio, así como que en la zona es común que se suspenda la luz, y a veces el agua. La playa es demasiado hermosa, y es muy importante hablar con la gente local para poder encontrar los mejores restaurantes y acomodaciones en la playa. Las personas son bastante amables, sin embargo mencionan que existe un problema de seguridad en la noche. La playa queda a menos de 5 minutos caminando, y el hotel cuenta con un mercado ara en el primer piso, lo que es algo muy muy útil porque puedes comprar cualquier cosa que necesites. Para su precio y su categoría es una excelente opción, muy recomendado para viajes o estadias cortas, en pareja o con amigos, especialmente cuando tienes bajo presupuesto.

First the picture of the bedrooms are mis leading . Let's start with the pro: 1. Staff very friendly 2. Across the road from the beach 3. A supermarket on the ground floor 4. Rooms fairly clean Cons: 1. This is not suited for a couple as the room are very basic ( bed, TV, side lamp table). 2. Walk with your own towels ( hotel own poor quaility) 3. No elevator and i was on the 4th floor 4. Noisy area, one neighbor played music night and day 5. Power went for 1 day and no generator , even the neighbor had a generator to play music whole day Basically if you are single and just looking for a resting spot this may suit your needs, as i mentioned not suited for a couple.

Nothing seemed to work well. It started with the lock that was loose, flimsy doors, easy to break in, not a secure place at all, faulty AC, no internet, no TV service. Very bad.
