Hübsches Boutique-Hotel in der Altstadt!
Sehr schönes Hotel, ruhige Lage in der Altstadt, gegenüber ein kleiner Park, schöner kleiner Poolbereich mit Aussicht über die Dächer Cartagenas. Schöne Einrichtung des Hotels! Das gesamte Personal war immer sehr nett und für alle Fragen und Anliegen jederzeit zu haben! Das Einzige was mir persönlich nicht so gut gefallen hat war, dass um 22.00 Uhr die Dachterasse zugemacht wird, hätte gerne mal den Abend dort oben ausklingel lassen mit dem Ausblick und der Ruhe! Ich würde definitiv wieder hier übernachten wenn ich nach Cartagena komme!!! Muchas gracias a todos!

Kleines und sehr persönliches Hotel
Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an sehr wohl gefühlt im Casa La Fe. Ausgezeichneter Service an der Rezeption mit vielen Tipps und Anregungen. Ein schönes Frühstück mit individuellen Wünschen. Tolle Lage im Herzen Alt-Kartagenas und trotzdem Ruhe in den Zimmern und dem Hotel. Der kleine Pool über den Dächern von Kartagena lädt zwingend zu einem Sun-Downer ein!

Tolles Hotel um Stadtzentrum zu erkündigen.
Lage ist excellent! Direkt im Stadtzentrum. Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll dekoriert. Pool auf Dachterasse ist mini aber super zum abkühlen und hat einen schönen Blick von Cartagena. Unser Zimmer war leider ein bisschen zu klein. Frühstück ist lecker. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Minuspunkte: bei der Abrechnung unserer Telefonate haben sie nicht nachschauen können, genau wieviele Minute wir telefoniert hatten, deshalb haben sie es geschätzt, das war nicht sehr professionel. Sonst alles super, sehr empfehlenswert.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the historic center of Cartagena. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. They helped us making reservations, kept our luggage for an extra day so that we didn’t have to carry it to the islands, they did our laundry for a very fair price. Breakfast was delicious and the rooftop pool was incredible. I will be back

Great location, wonderful staff
Very clean, comfortable stay. The breakfasts are good, the people who work in reception are very helpful in many ways, we had laundry done and it was reasonably priced. We enjoyed the small rooftop pool at the end of the day and generally had a cocktail at the rooftop bar served by a nice bartender.

Fantastic boutique hotel in the Walled City, close and walkable to everything. Entire staff from the front reception, dining, housekeeping and maintenance were welcoming, kind and helpful. Great boutique hotel smack in the city center
This place is gorgeous and the staff super friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the patio is perfect. Our room was perfect, with a nice balcony overlooking the square where a lit of activity happens and which has great trees with loads of birds. We also had a visiting little monkey on our balcony. The accomodation is super clear and very nicely decorated. One of the most beautiful places I've visited!

Cute, very modern and clean property. Very convenient location. The room was small, but perfectly suited my needs. And was very well maintained. The hotel itself is beautiful. Again, small, and not a lot of extras, but everything is very well maintained. Very pretty. I especially liked how quiet it was. I stayed at other hotels in the Walled City, and they can be very loud. This was not. Very peaceful and restful.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our first time in Cartagena (and Colombia in general) and were pleased overall by the property, staff, facilities and location. The hotel itself is beautiful, especially the courtyard and architecture and the rooftop pool area is awesome. The only thing that wasn’t super fabulous was the room itself, as the only window is a narrow strip adjacent to the door leading to the inner courtyard. The other window in the room simply looked into a small piece of the inner structure of the building (not a window). So the room was okay but spacious enough and great shower pressure. The cleaning staff was great. The breakfast options were decent and the fruit platter at the beginning was my favourite part. The staff was so friendly and organized a day trip for us. The location was fantastic. Highly recommend.

This property is beautiful! The room was very spacious with everything we needed. Although the Hotel is in the center of town you do not hear anything once inside the room. The best thing was the staff!! I have no words, they went above and beyond whenever we asked for assistance.

This was a great property. Convenient to everything and clean and comfortable rooms. Super friendly and accomodating staff. However being in the middle of everythingin Cartagena is a double edged sword. The property is right on the plaza so its incredibly loud until 12 or 1am. However, with ear plugs it was fine.

This is a very surprising review for two reasons. Two years ago, we made an important investment in order to soundproof all the hotel rooms and since then, we have not received any complaints for this reason.This particular guests told us during check-in, that in case that he could not sleep that night, he would move to other lodging, on the next day he was asked about how he slept and he said it was fine and stayed three nights with us.

Casa La Fe is a wonderful place to stay in Cartagena. The location is excellent, the staff friendly and attentive, and the roof top pool is great. The included breakfast has several options to choose from and is well made. The standard double is simple, but clean, and very quiet. If you go for the balcony, there is a lovely view of the street and park across, but would be noisy.
