Guests enjoy full access to the entire property and all its amenities, including the 25-meter private pool, beachfront chiringuito, paddle boards, kitchen, indoor living and dining areas, with direct access to the private beach, always complemented by the attentive service of our dedicated house staff.

The house is located in Barú, approximately one hour from Cartagena. You may reach the property by:

• Private ground transportation (Car, SUV, Bus) directly from Cartagena to Barú. The route includes paved and rural roads. We recommend coordinating transportation in advance.

• Private boat transfer from Cartagena (45–60 minutes). Arrival is at Marina Estancia del Mar, followed by a 5-minute drive to the house. Additional transportation from the marina must be arranged at the guest’s expense (approximately $40–$70 USD depending on group size) and should be coordinated well in advance.

Please have in mind the property does not have an exact address, google maps location will be shared.

Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Early Check-in and- Late check-out may be possible (subject to availability) with a fee.

Important house rules: For everyone’s comfort, smoking is only allowed in the pool area and the beach. No loud music or DJ parties are permitted. Pets are not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

Important reminder: Failure to follow house rules may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Local recommendations:
Barú is a natural island destination located approximately one hour from Cartagena by boat or car. Please note that there is no immediate access to supermarkets, pharmacies, or a wide variety of restaurants.

We highly recommend arranging meals in advance, as there are no nearby restaurants or shops close to the property. Please note that we offer a purchasing service for $200 USD, which includes the service and transportation within the city. This fee does not include the cost of ingredients, which will be reimbursed based on receipts.
