„Gorgeous home! Perfect location. Easy access to Heavenly Village and state parks surrounding Lake Tahoe. However, the hot tub was locked and there was no outdoor seating other than 1 picnic table. Multiple beautiful expansive decks and spacious backyard, yet nowhere to sit except one picnic table on only 1 of the 4 decks and nothing in the yard. „The property was on three levels, 2 bedrooms & 1 bath on first floor, living area with full bathroom on second floor, & loft area with 2 twin & 1 full bed in loft. It was spacious & accommodated our family group of 6 well. Adequately equipped, somewhat randomly organized kitchen. Wonderful pool & hot tub area. Great location. “

„The location was perfect for what we wanted. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals, tea and coffee. We enjoyed the home as if we had family game night in our own. There’s a tv in every room and more than enough space. I was pleasantly surprised to find kids dishes! They came in handy. My 6 and 3 year old loved the house. And they loved the bunk beds. Thank you for your help before and during our stay. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.“

I had to reach out a couple of times but overall it was a great stay, lovely home.There was not any cleaning supplies, so it was hard to clean the kitchen, and stove top as they requested. „Lazy Bear Lodge is a great West Shore place for summer activities; ideal for spending days at Meeks, Chambers, or heading up to float the Truckee. Kitchen had everything we needed. The front seems pretty hemmed in by the neighbors but the back of the property opens up to the woods. We got to see a bear and her two cubs roll past one evening which was exciting for the kids. „Property was easy to find and near enough to everything we wanted to do. My wife got a bad sinus infection near the end of our stay and the manager allowed her to stay in the house past the usual checkout time which gve the rest of us another day of skiing so that was very much appreciated.The only drawback was there were several moth traps around on window sills that had obviously performed well so it was kind of odd that those hadn't been replaced.All in all....wouldn't hesitate to rent ...
