This 2-storey holiday home will comfortably sleep up to 11 guests, comprising of 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
It has a fully enclosed rear yard which is ideal for small children, pets and has the added bonus of free Wifi.
In the heart of the home located on the ground level, you will find the open plan kitchen & dining area with floor to ceiling sliding doors opening out to the undercover entertainment area making a seamless transition to alfresco living. The kitchen comes fully equipped with electric appliances including a stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer & percolator coffee machine.
Upstairs you’ll find a ‘Parents Retreat’ offering a large master bedroom with ensuite, a separate lounge opening out to a beautiful deck offering stunning views of the Ocean

Carrickalinga has a striking stretch of coastline where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge down to the sea. It is a perfect place for young and old to simply relax and enjoy some quality time away together.
Local activities such as golf, fishing, and diving are very popular in this area. There are also several local wineries boasting stunning wines. A 3-minute drive from Normanville is the Links Lady Bay Golf Course, clubhouse, and restaurant. You can also enjoy a horse ride along the beautiful Normanville Beach.

Heating/cooling: Ducted reverse cycle located downstairs. The reverse cycle is located upstairs. Ceiling fans to some bedrooms.
