„Could not fault it! We stayed in the orient room and were very impressed, the hot tub is nice and private also.“

„Everything was fine really. Just the carpets were very old and stained. Great breakfast and dinner was nice. Beds need a little upgrade.“

„Friendly staff including one who formerly and by sheer coincidence worked at the good old boarding school I proudly attended years ago. Cleanliness were very good apart from some surfaces needed a little dusting and one of the bedroom lamps didn’t work though again, overall the standards are extremely high and I’d certainly recommend future guests and I’d certainly return.“

„Brand new renovated cottage, in the old bunker house, absolutely ideal for 2 guests with breakfast included. Clean , perfect food & service, what else do you need.“

„Lovely spot that we have stayed at a lot recently visiting family.“

„Had a lovely time at Cross cottage. It was a lovely quiet location but only 5 min drive to Kirkby Lonsdale for restaurants pubs and shops. Great for all the Yorkshire dales hills and villages. Garden to the cottage was well maintained and relaxing. Good Wi-Fi and free sat too. Shower was super powerful . Always a bonus. Only improvement would be curtains over French doors now the darker nights are coming back for added privacy and cosy feel. Would definitely book again n this cottage and this ...

„The apartment was very clean, well equipped for our needs and nice and warm. Overall it was a very pleasant place to spend Christmas. The area is very familiar to us and it was nice to catch up with friends who live locally. “

„Fabulous barn for our family Christmas get together. It was warm comfortable and super spacious and the hot tub was a lovely bonus in the wintry weather. “
