„This is a quiet group of cottages set around an old house near the village of Donard. It is of a very high standard with modern facilities and plenty of space; the owner is charming and informative. Very easy to get to Dublin: 40 mins to the Luas stop. Rewarding visits within an hour: Glendalough, Russborough, Wicklow Mountains etc. Donard has two lively bars and a shop; Blessington has a lot of shops. Roads are excellent - though very few cars - and it's 1:45 easy driving from Rosslare. ...

„I can't say enough good things about this house and about the owner. **10 out of 5 stars!**It's out in the countryside with the most BEAUTIFUL views you can imagine. But it's less than 10 minutes to a little town with a big grocery store. Perfect setting for letting go of stress and finding some peace.The house is extremely SPACIOUS. The kitchen is huge. "Die Lage ist super - zu Fuss konnten wir die Stadt innert wenigen Minuten erreichen. Parkplätze gab es genügend und man konnte auch gut hinfahren. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant war sehr gemütlich „irish“. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet."

"The Lyrath Estate was the best hotel on our Ireland round trip. Everything was perfect. When we arrived in the afternoon a piano player was playing in the very nice, bright wonderful lobby. "Gehobeneres grosses Hotel mit sehr grosszügigen Zimmern und freundlichem Personal. Im Zimmer hat es alles, was man benötigt und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Schwimmbad mit den Saunen und dem Wirlpool ist allerdings sehr in die Jahre gekommen und uns tränten die Augen nach dem Schwimmen. Es war auch sehr schmutzig. Das Essen im Restaurant war lecker und die Bedienung freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war grosszügig mit warmen und kalten Speisen. "
