Liebe Kundin, Vielen Dank fuer ihre Kommentare. Ich war an dem Abend hier als sie angereist sind. Ich habe mein moeglichstes getan um ihren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie moeglich zu machen. Ihr erstes Zimmer war in der ersten Etage und weil sie dieses nicht mochten habe ich sie in ein anderes Zimmer umgezogen. Wir waren an diesem Abend voll belegt und es war das einzige Zimmer was ich ihnen geben konnte. Wir benutzen kein Chlor um unsere Zimmer zu putzen und es ist sicher die Fenster zu oeffnen. Sie haetten die Rezeption kontaktieren koennen um sich ueber die Musik zu beschweren was Sie nicht gemacht haben. Vielen Dank Jessica

Dear Lisa, thank you for your review. Our beds and mattresses are subject to preference and we apologise that we did not get it right for you on this occasion. We do clearly advertise on our website that we do not have a lift as we are only a two story hotel. Dear Jeanette,Thank you for your review. I can assure you the hotel is definitely not under staffed. Unfortunatley due to the concert everyone decided to arrive earlier than the designated check in time of 2pm ( including yourself as you checked in at 1pm).

Dear Linda,Thank your for your comments. We have had 70 breakfasts that morning and unfortunately everyone came down at the same time. You were told that there would be a wait. The bar was closed due to intoxicated guests trying to get more drinks and due to licensing we have got the right to close the bar.We are clearly advertising that we do not have a lift and as you have stated the hotel has only got a ground floor and a first floor.

Thank you for your review, However it would have been helpful to actually know what was wrong with your stay? You have stayed with us for two days. No complaints were logged . You have had breakfast both mornings. No complaints were logged. You checked out with myself yesterday paid for your breakfast and yet again no complaints were logged
