Super freundliches Personal und moderne Zimmer
Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Die Zimmer sind schlicht aber dennoch gemütlich eingerichtet, es ist alles da, lediglich ein kleiner Kühlschrank für den Sommer fehlt. Bad und Zimmer sind sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es empfiehlt sich ein PKW für die Anreise, wenn man jedoch gerne wandern geht, ist das Hotel ein idealer Ausgangspunkt.

The room was comfortable and had tea and coffee making facilities which was nice except when I got in my room there was no Tea or milk. It was warm and also had great black out curtains. However I was on the car park side for 5 nights and the lights from the car park shine so bright and comes out the top of the curtains also early morning checkouts are rather noisy. I was there for 5 nights and even though I put room service sign out twice I never got clean sheets. Also staff are very loud having conversations in the hallways at 8:30am in the morning . If it wasn’t for these few things the stay would have been above average.

Stay here every yr for 3-4 night break. Amazing hotel with amazing stuff. Near a pub which serves food, a small Asda McDonald’s etc. perfect

Breakfast was terrible, cold coffee and mushrooms like rubber. Rooms were average. No safe pathway from hotel across petrol station area, all muddy and slippy if going to Harvester Restaurant.

Noisy road. Every time we went to our room, and it was the furthest from reception our door key would not work and i had to go back to the reception to get my keycard re-scanned. Breakfast was awful, we were sat in the reception area for it, so people coming and going. And food was limited and cooked food was microwaved, not sure they even put the yolks in the scrambled eggs as it was solid and whitish grey. Dont think i will be staying here again.

Thank you for taking the time to review the hotel. We are a focus serviced hotel and as such have limited facilities, the hotel operates a continental breakfast and we have added a few hot items as complimentary. Our Scrambled egg is made fresh from eggs and milk onsite. I have looked into the key card issue and it looks like two cards issued to you and you was having them programmed at separate times, this would mean on to cancel out the other. I have spoken to the team to ensure they redo both in future.

Thank you for the review, The hotel rooms with a bath are all our family rooms our standard double are shower only. I am sorry your room wasn't as warm as liked on arrival, we do allow guests to adjust the temperature themselves on the unit. I will liaise with the team to ensure during these colder days the heaters are on higher for arrival.
