„The casita was very clean and well-supplied, including coffee. The bed was very comfortable, and the location is also very nice and quiet, which was great for sleeping. There are a few hummingbird and other bird feeders in the backyard, so there is a lot of bird activity. Couple this with the sound of the fountain, and it makes sitting outdoors very relaxing. „Most everything was as expected and advertised. We did have trouble getting one of the TV's to work and locate the channels. The 0wners came over to help but it was still too difficult to figure out with the 4 different controllers and the unusually TV service as well as the older TV. Also later on the upper level stove from was coming off and had to duct tape it back on to keep from falling open. Also the downstairs stove did not work. „Liked the location - closeness to the beach and town - but could use a major upgrade to the many torn/damaged beach chairs and wagons in rough shape (one set of front wheels not attached). Cleanliness not up to standard for this location/price range - floors very dirty (not just from sand) - in need of a major scrubbing - probably need a strong power wash on the upper balcony! Other simple fixes - like a bin for storing beach toys vs just a big pile of them, fix closets/bath drain in lower ...
