Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 70 m² house with air conditioning and jacuzzi can accommodate up to 6 people and is located in Carcassonne. It has a lovely 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath) and a garden of around 80 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor
- A 30 m² living room with two sofas, one of which converts into a bed (sleeps 2), TV and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

Upstairs
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
- The air-conditioning upstairs cools or heats the bedrooms and bathroom.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer.

Outside:
- A sheltered jacuzzi available from 1 April to 31 October, equipped with a mosquito net and a bench seat. The jacuzzi can accommodate a maximum of 3 people simultaneously. For ecological reasons, please do not leave the jacuzzi on after use.
- A beautiful 80 m² garden with a table, chairs, sun loungers and a barbecue to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Carcassonne, close to the town centre and railway station. All the essential shops are nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport links :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, accessible from the garage driveway. There is also a public square in front of the house.

- Nearest train station: Carcassonne station, 7 minutes' walk from the house.
- City bus at the end of the street

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- For your safety and that of the owners, the house is equipped with anti-intrusion security devices (alarms and external cameras). There are no cameras inside the property.
- The property is non-smoking
- In the interests of neighbourliness, music and other noise disturbances are not permitted after 10pm.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
