This beautiful Cape Dutch-style home is located in the small town of
Raithby, a convenient 10-minute drive from both Stellenbosch and
Somerset West. This destination is best known for its unique landscapes
and beautiful scenic views, consisting of surrounding strawberry
fields, vineyards, and mountains.
Upon entering the property, guests are greeted with a spacious lounge
that seamlessly flows into the dining area. Large windows and glass
doors line the walls, allowing sunlight to pour into this lovely area.
The lounge has a television and is furnished with a lush sofa, stylish
seating, and a coffee table. The dining area features an indoor
fireplace that is conveniently placed next to the dining table. Perfect
for enjoying a delicious meal with friends and family, accompanied by
the sound of fire crackling in the background.
Guests will appreciate the spacious kitchen that’s fully equipped for a
self-catering stay. The walls are lined with a white tile backsplash
that perfectly complements the sleek-styled counters and cabinets,
giving the kitchen a modern feel. Air conditioning can be found
throughout the property, assuring that the space stays nice and cool
during the Western Cape’s hot summer temperatures.
This property features three bedrooms and can comfortably welcome up to
five guests. The main bedroom has a double bed with nightstands placed
on both sides. This spacious, airy room also features an en-suite
bathroom. This bathroom contains a shower, washbasin, and toilet. The
second bedroom also has a double bed and features a window that looks
out over the backyard. The third bedroom has a single bed, as well as a
large wardrobe that provides ample storage space. The second bathroom
has a bathtub, shower, washbasin, and toilet.
Out front of the home, a spacious patio can be found. With ample
seating provided, guests can enjoy a meal or relax on the patio chairs,
facing the sizeable front yard and overlooking the breathtaking
scenery. The patio also features a built-in braai, perfect for social
gatherings and entertaining. The property additionally provides secure
parking for added peace of mind.
Whether you’re visiting on holiday, a weekend getaway, or looking for a
peaceful spot to work, this home is sure to be perfect for you. With
its tranquil atmosphere and lavishly furnished interior, guests are
provided with all they may need to make the most of their stay.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 92 Carelse, Raithby, Stellenbosch, 7600.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
