Insgesamt überzeugt das Leeu House durch die Lage, den tollen Pool und den netten Service. Allerdings gab es bei unserem letzten Aufendhalt im März 16 deutlich mehr Leistung fürs Geld (kostenlosen Wein und Wasser am Pool und Drinks an der Bar sowie die Reinigung), so dass wir wohl nicht wiederkommen werden.

Sehr schönes ruhiges Hotel in zentraler Lage
Schönes modernes kleines Hotel in zentraler Lage von Franschoek, dennoch ruhig, mit angenehmen Service. Interessante Shopping-Möglichkeiten in Franschoek. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen.

Really nice hotel to use as a base for explore the area. Had a few small issues with the room, but nothing worth complaining about and we will be back next year for another visit.

Room6は非常に残念。部屋は暗く、景色ゼロ。レセプションのトイレが壁の裏側にあるので流すたびに音が聞こえる。シャワーも途中からお湯が出なくなり、2時間以上経ってようやく直るといった具合。 スタッフの感じはとてもよく、設備全体は綺麗で良い雰囲気なのに、満足度は低い。

Beautiful property and amazing staff.
Absolutely gorgeous property! I stayed here with a couple of friends and it was amazing. The location is perfect, you are able to walk about the town, and visit wonderful restaurants, shops and galleries. The rooms are super clean and spacious. But the staff were the highlight of the stay...they could not have been more helpful and pleasant! They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and ensure we had everything we needed to have the best visit possible. I highly recommend the Leeu House. You won't regret it!

Great hospitality and amazing property
The staff there is extremely attentive and will take care of every need. We were looking to book the Leeu Estates but it was sold out. None the less The Leeu house did not disappoint. Service was on point and a special shout out to Roxane who made sure we made all reservations for dinner and all wine trails as soon as we got in. We were on our honeymoon and had a bottle of wine waiting for us in the room and they also organised a wine tasting at the Leeu estates on the house. The room was really clean as well. Highly recommended and Im sure to visit again when we are in the area!

The Leeu house was an experience to remember. Extremely helpful and hospitable staff, beautiful rooms, and thoughtful touches like wine in the room, tasty breakfast (cold or hot) and a “honesty bar” in the evenings. Centrally located as well. Highly recommend!

Exceptional.
Exceptional stay. The staff were so accommodating. Very helpful consierge. You can enjoy free wine tasting at Leeu Estate which was excellent. Staff were so helpful when I broke my leg while on the trip. Can’t rate highly enough!

Beautiful small hotel with well cared for gardens.
We have stayed in many five star hotels around the world and Leeu House is one of the very best. The bed in our room was the most comfortable of any hotel we have stayed in.

Honeymoon at Leeu was perfection
Amazing experience staying at Leeu house for our honeymoon. Great location, service, and luxurious. Wish it had been summer so we could have enjoyed the beautiful pool area in the backyard.

We only found out about lots of added extras once it was too late. For example the free shuttle around Franschhoek or being able to go to the Leeu Estate for free wine tasting.

Perfect place for couple retreats
We had an amazing time visiting the Leeu Collection (Leeu Estates, Leeu House...) Truly a five star experience. Food was amazing, wine was amazing, including the complimentary wine, and best of all was the floor heated bathroom...

Best nights sleep we had
We had a wonderful experience at Leeu House. They staff were incredibly accommodating with helping us choose restaurants in the area, making reservations, then helping us change them as we changed our minds. They also helped us choose wineries and set up tours for us. Our room was clean and quiet at night. The little amenities were great (snack basket and turn down service). They have a great restaurant and breakfast was delicious (included in price).

Great Place in Wine Country-Easy Access
The hotel was beautiful, the room excellent, the service top notch. Complimentary mini bar, snacks, refills. The turndown service is a nice touch. The only negative was the shower was backed up our first night but they fixed it for the next day and there were no problems after that. Their restaurant is good and they were able to accommodate our food allergies and book dinners at other restaurants for us. My wife and I travel a lot, do not hesitate to book, this was a very nice stay.
