„This property was perfect for our vacation to Maine. We were 3 adults with two teenagers and there was enough space for everyone to have their own bed which was perfect. The screened in porch was a great spot to eat dinner and have a cup of coffee in the morning. It was close to the beach and activities we wanted to enjoy. We definitely recommend this property and will stay here again if our vacation adventures take us back to Maine!“

„We have just returned from a week at York Beach and enjoyed every minute of our vacation .. there were 11 of us ranging from 6 years to 76 years ! Location cannot be beat .. short drive to Nubble lighthouse, Fox’s, Dunne’s ice cream, or short walk to the Goldenrod, Wicked Good Ice Cream, the Fun o Rama, bowling , shops and restaurants ! Easy access to beach … a beach wagon is available for guest use… beds were comfortable .. house was immaculately clean.. plenty of towels and beach towels …views ...

„We had a month stay here and loved every minute! The owner is wonderful and responsive. The place is gorgeous inside with plenty of room. So nice to be able to have the dog with us! A walk to downtown, kayaking at the boat launch just steps away, and 20 minutes to beaches! Highly recommend. “

„Perfect Beach home for our family of 13. Had everything we needed, indoors and out. Nice large yard with a firepit to enjoy outdoor dinners and fireside chats and smores, of course! The walk to the beach was perfect, a nice distance to get a little exercise but still be close enough to the beach action. It is very nice that bikes were supplied, we took a morning ride to Nubble light. Thank you Mike and Pam for everything you do to provide a perfect family getaway. “

The house had everything we needed, the hosts gave very detailed directions about literally everything (how to work the garbage disposal, where to find s’more sticks) and it’s in the perfect location (a few minutes drive to all the good stuff in Wells). „The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.“
