„This is a very good place for two couples or families with two pre teen children. It’s in a somewhat hilly, but walkable neighborhood with locally owned restaurants and cafes nearby. It’s a two mile walk or drive to the heart of the Old Port, and the locally renowned Becky’s Diner is about a half mile away. Please note that there’s one bathroom and it’s on the second floor, which requires climbing a flight of stairs. There’s on street parking, which we were lucky to find spaces nearby.“

„On first arriving, very disappointed in the outdoors. The back yard was a disappointment. The grills were dirty and not used. No fire pit to do s’mores. Did them in the oven. The inside of the house was okay. There were 7 children with us so the third floor playroom was excellent. The first and second floors were good. If I might make a suggestion. The bush in the front yard near the street needs to be trimmed. Unable to drive out because cannot see if cars on the main road are coming, ...

„Our visit to Old Orchard Beach was excellent. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We had three people in our group, and the house had more than enough room for us. The housing community is small and the houses are close to each other, but the neighborhood is quiet. What really stood out was the owner communication. „Charming property with a few quirks. We love character and this home had it: winding stairs, a gorgeous wooden banister and lovely beams in the kitchen ceiling. The provided set of dominos and stack of records were a nice way to unwind at the end of the day.“
