"Super freundliches Personal, sehr hilfsbereit egal ob es im Restaurant oder beim Frühstück Ich empfehle es sehr gerne vorallem wegen der Tiefgarage wo man sein Auto in Sicherheit hinstellen kann. Die Anbindung zur nächsten Bus Station ist etwas umständlich da gerad Baustelle war aber wir haben’s gefunden und dann mit der Metro weiter nach napoli Centro reingefahren. Ansonsten alles ok "

"We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff was very accommodating. Our room was spacious and was cleaned daily. The hotel also offers ample space for car parking. Despite our late check-in and very early checkout, everything went smoothly, thanks to the 24-hour reception. Breakfast was decent, with a nice selection including croissants and cakes. Although it's about 20 minutes by car from Naples city center, the location offers a very convenient access to the autostrada. We’d definitely stay here again the next time we visit Napoli."

Das Personal an der Rezeption war extrem unfreundlich, fast schon genervt von unserer bloßen Anwesenheit. Kein einziges Lächeln, keine Begrüßung, kein Entgegenkommen. Obwohl wir kein Frühstück gebucht hatten, hätte man uns wenigstens sagen können, wo man morgens einen Kaffee bekommt – stattdessen wurde man einfach abgefertigt. Der Aufzug im Nebengebäude war beängstigend – man hatte ständig das Gefühl, dass er stecken bleiben könnte. Für eine Nacht zweckmäßig, aber der Umgang mit Gästen war wirklich enttäuschend. "
