I received a call from Angela around 6 pm saying that we were late for our check in and she'd leave notes for us. She reminded me that there is a roughly 100 meters of upheel walk and stairs. „Camera pulita, silenziosa e molto illuminata. Molto vicino al mare con spiaggia privata tranquillissima. La colazione bisogna migliorare c’è poca scelta ma il personale davvero gentile. Senza ascensore è dura fare 3 piani tante volte al giorno. Alla reception nel turno di mattina c’è una signora anziana che non è per niente simpatica (diceva ad alta voce che i turiste sono gente idiote e sfamate) Il personale della pulizia gentile e disponibile. „Das Hotel ist sehr gündtig gelegen. Wir haben ein Apartment bekommen, das ganz gut war jedoch kein Balkon hat, so dass wir unsere Badesachen zum Trocknen aufhängen können. Es war nicht nicht sehr angenehm. Ausserdem wir hatten kein Zimmerservice, obwohl es ein Hotel war. (z.B unser Toilettenpapier ist ausgegangen, dass wir selbst aus Bequemlickeit gekauft haben). Das Wifi war nicht vorhanden, obwohl es versprochen wurde. Sonst war es ok.“

„This lovely little gem is well located in Vernazza on the Cinque Terre trail. The finishes were newer and clean and the place was very well appointed with a comfy bed, small kitchen and a spacious bath/vanity area. I would highly recommend staying here! Things to note so as to help set expectations: -this property is literally on the trail yet the front door is tucked behind an outer entry door so it’s very private. - like most places in Vernazza there is no view to the outside.
