The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook your favourite meals whilst in Canterbury. There is an electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster & washing machine.

There are 2 bathrooms at the property. One is equipped with a toilet, sink and bath with an overhead shower. The other is a shower room with a shower cubicle, sink and toilet.

The Neighborhood:

Stour Street is right in the heart of Canterbury and a stone's throw from the Cathedral and the high street with it's numerous restaurants, bars and shops.



We are a few minutes walk from Canterbury town centre and the various sights of Canterbury including the Cathedral, Westgate Gardens and the cobbled high street!



Getting Around:

Canterbury is compact and everything is just a short walk away.



Parking - We can organise a FREE on-street permit parking valid from 30 minutes before check-in to 30 minutes after check-out. The parking spots are located on streets close to the property in Canterbury city centre. We require at least 48 hours notice to organise this and require the following information from your car: registration, colour, model and make.



Car parks - the closest car park is Castle Street multi-storey, Canterbury CT1 2PY which is 300m from the property. It costs £1.80/hour from 7:30am to 9pm with a maximum daily charge of £10. From 9pm to 7:30am there is a £2 overnight charge.



Other Things to Note:

🏡 RULES:



No Parties: This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Breaching this rule will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund, and your deposit may be used to cover any extra costs incurred. Please note, this house is in a quiet residential area, and quiet hours after 9pm must be respected.



No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A standard charge of £500 will be applied to your card if evidence of smoking is found, to cover deep cleaning and any resulting damage.



🚗 PARKING:



Parking in Canterbury is very expensive; unfortunately, there are no free parking spots in the centre. We can organise an on-street parking permit for £9 per night. The parking spots are located on streets close to the property in Canterbury city centre and this permit can be added on the check-in form, sent after booking.



The permit is valid from 15 mins before check-in until 15 mins after check-out.



🛁 Long Stay Cleaning Policy:



For stays longer than 14 nights, we require a clean to be booked every 14 nights thereafter, at the cost of the guest. During these cleans, the entire property will be refreshed, consumables restocked, and linens and towels changed. Please contact us for further discounts when booking long stays.



👶 Travel Cot:



The travel cot does not come with linen.
