Upon arrival, guests will be provided with a code for entry via lockbox to access the home. Check-in is available 15:00 - 22:00, and check-out is before 11:00am. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible pending the availability of the space. If approved, an additional fee will apply. The space is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. There will be a guest house manual upon arrival with local area recommendations including a home guide, places to see, restaurants and grocery stores. This modern apartment is set in a quiet residential area of Canterbury with easy access to the city centre. Free on-site parking is available at the property. While the neighbourhood is generally peaceful, please be considerate of the residential setting and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are in place from 10:00pm – 8:00am.

No smoking, no parties, no pets, and no unauthorized guests are allowed. To help us maintain a clean and welcoming space, please remove your shoes at the entrance. Food and drinks should be kept in the kitchen and dining areas, with only water permitted in the bedroom.

The apartment has been thoughtfully furnished for your comfort, so please avoid moving or rearranging any furniture. If you notice any damages upon arrival, or if anything is broken during your stay, kindly notify the host immediately so arrangements for repair can be made. Unreported damages may result in additional charges, cancellation of your reservation, and possible reporting to Airbnb.
